“Let me tell you about my experience yesterday with Town and Country Ford, and my salesman Jay Mathis:I have never been more pleased with a dealer and a person in my life.He went ABOVE AND BEYOND, and was communicative, friendly, and really really worked overtime all day and night over the course of 48 hours to put me into a BEAUTIFUL F-150 XLT!I’ve had my share of experiences with other dealers this year, and I actually went to LONG LEWIS FIRST. That was a HUGE mistake. The communication, the willingness to work with me, to work for me, and the overall experience was NIGHT AND DAY!I cannot begin to tell you how awesome Jay Mathis and that dealership was!From the floor plan, the cleanliness, the layout, the people, all of it.It is a World CLASS operation at Town and Country ford.If you are looking to get a Truck, or a Ford, I immensely recommend Jay and the crew there. 5 stars, and beyond.”

“I had my car in for repairs to a front quarter panel following a minor traffic incident. I picked the car up tonight, and I'm delighted with the job they did. Color matches perfectly, and it looks as good as new.Also, they got the job done several days earlier than what they'd indicated, which I really appreciate. Thank god we did because David immediately knew what was wrong after looking at the car and helped us get the issue resolved quickly. I would highly recommend 19th street auto.”
“I was referred to GP&G by Jerry's Transmission in Hueytown as one of the best mechanic shops in the area. When I arrived the owner said it would be two weeks before they could look at it. It did take two weeks but then my car was fixed in a day and they did an oil change. They fixed the sensors, steering column, and crank shaft. The staff is friendly and honest and the prices were more than reasonable. My car is driving as if it were new. They even delivered my car to my home a few miles away when I couldn't make it there on time from work. I would highly recommend them as they were worth the wait.”

“He was great and honest !!! He ordered my part and when he felt like it wouldn't make it in the time frame he let me know but luckily the order did make it through! The part was stuck in customs and when he got the part it was done in one day charged me 1/2 of what Mercedes in Tuscaloosa quoted and he got it done !!!Now I did have some convertible motor parts replaced and it hasn't been able to be used yet so I will let y'all know on that So he said that one of the hydronic was still leaking and if he had had the time he would have found that so I don't know on that and that was 600 of the bill also I was a little surprised that a light was burned out in the tail light area and that was lit up when you started the car so I know he saw that so after paying 3800 I was surprised he didn't at least fix that light bulb ....but he did what he said he would but I left with a burned out brake light that was only 7$ so maybe he was too busy ????? They were very nice and always kept me informed . We were trying to get back to Fl and I had already had it in 2 other places including MERCEDES in Tuscaloosa that said it would be 5 months and double the price not including the parts for the convertible !!!”
