Another reviewer said Customer service not always great towards minorities. Quit playing the race card. Their customer service towards white people is also not great. You aren't being singled out.

The experience I have had wasn't exactly positive. They routinely rescheduled deliveries and left items where they could be taken, stolen or misplaced. The request to have signature with packages wasn't authorized. Packages delivered were in good condition and times specified were complied with.

Their customer service is not always the best toward minorities. Otherwise, there are some that are nice all the time. They could improve by at least saying thank you or smiling.
