I wouldn’t take anything to them or much less tow my car they have dope heads for tow truck drivers and the guys in body shop and that paints has drunks doing the work so beware

I have had bad and good experiences with this company. It just depends on which driver you get. One Tow Truck Driver for Rich's Towing Service, KEVIN, and his partner, are GREAT! They figured out how to get my broken car out of park and into neutral by patiently problem solving until they figured it out. Another driver, Matt, was not so patient, and bent my tie rod loading and unloading my car off truck bed WITH CAR IN PARK. Not only that, but when I called his number to tell him I had damage, he was not nice about it and hung up on me. If you use this company for towing, ask for Kevin! I have reached out to the company about this, and they have not returned my calls/messages/text messages.I filed a complaint/case with Allstate Insurance, who uses this company for Roadside Assistance in this area, and they are taking their own sweet time about helping. My car has been sitting at a repair shop since December. I fear that my Hybrid battery is going to go bad from not being driven/charged. I plan to drop Allstate after this is resolved.

They do a great job. No surprises when it came to my bill and my vehicle ran great! I've also used their towing service and the driver showed up on time and had my car loaded in literally one minute. He was so nice and made me very comfortable.

Had an slight issue with my suspension making some noise, and stopped by after running by about 4 shops to see if someone could jack it up and check everything. Long story short, these guys got me taken care of, and wish I could name names. Would not hesitate to recommend this business!Service: Steering & suspension repair

Did not contact us let us know anything about our car car stayed there for 2 months Jack the price up from $15,000 to $26,000 trying to total my car out did not do everything that they could do to try to help us bad bad bad business and very disrespectful to my wife

I called for a tow through my metro smart ride app at 8:46 and Richs picked it up. I wanna thank The dispatcher , she was more than helpful while assuring me that her driver was headed to me. I wanna thank Our driver Jesse also, He came with no problems and got us taken care of. Great work "Rich's" Team!!

I dont bragg on alote of buisnesses these days but I will say this, they was extremely professional considerate of my building and homeowners land she took every protacal for safety all the way around I was smiling the whole time watching and listening in disbelief the kindness and respect shown is above average all the way.
