While the hours could be better for those of us that work, I'll happily trade the benefits of small town life and actually knowing who my postal workers are over the inconvenience of limited hours.”

“Today I had to do some checking on my mail service due to waiting for some important documents and haven't received any mail in a few day's and for me this isn't normal. So I took a trip to my local post office on lomb avenue in Birmingham to inquire about the issue. The staff was very helpful and professional the young lady we spoke with was Shanta and another young professional were doing all they could do to give us information we were needing. The service was great she advised us that she would be checking on our mail for the next days ahead and would directly contact us if she found the pieces of mail we were inquiring about. I also have to say that the main reason we were following up was we really really have a professional relationship with our current mail carrier. He's always very good at his job n his work. We have never had any issues regarding questions we ask mail being delivered on time and all of our deliveries. We so appreciate the opportunity to meet the staff inside of our local post office. We left feeling confident that we were being looked out for. So again Thank you entire staff at the post office on lomb avenue we appreciated the help. And to our current mail carrier thanks for all you do. You have spoiled us on 50th street.”

“April is our carrier and she is phenomenal. Goes above and beyond. I had a package go missing on a Saturday when our usual carrier was off and I filed a claim. Ms. Angel called me the same day to touch base and by Monday I had my package. Angel also called that Monday evening to make sure I had received my package. She was phenomenal. “i have a P.O. box at the adamsville post office:) the service is very good and kind people. i do not have any issues on getting or sending my packages from this post office. i enjoy my visits at the post office. if there is something that has not made it, they always check on it for us:) i would say that they do very well here, and if you are looking for a good P.O. box this is a good place to get one:) i live in forestdale and i do not use the forestdale post office at all anymore. forestdale is very Rude people there and i just was not happy at all there. i go to adamsville and it all turns around, like i get all my packages now:) so i am very happy with adamsville post office it was worth the cost of the P.O. box:) we have been there over 3 years now:) thank you:)”
