partnered with brookside police for "policing for profit" aka this company was paid tens of thousands if not more to tow ppls cars and charge exhorbinant fees to get your car back. hire a horse to tow your car or get 10 guys to push before u pay these ppl your hard earned money

The owner is a con artist who Regularly assisted police in a ticketing scam costing tens of thousands to innocent people his trucks would regularly be there BEFORE the officer finishes writing the tickets! When asked for records he claims they were stolen. Awful convenient.

I have never added a review before where I have not been a customer of the business, but too many fishy things are happening with the reviews. First, the top "5 star" reviews are not what the seem. Andrew Carter, Sherry Thomas and Opal Fernandez wrote their 4 to 5 reviews of businesses all over the country in the course of only 1 month (I would say a lot less time, but that is not the info they give on Google Review) which 1) is weird that ALL gave multiple reviews within the same one month period 2) none lives in Brookside, AL. Now, there is a chance that Andrew Carter lives in Alabama in a city very close to Brookside, but there is not enough info to go on for further research.Shayra Sharma does not live in Brookside, Alabama. The avatar used is a common one and there is no real info on her, either. If you look at her review, it doesn't really make sense for the business. One part states " ... from helping to initially identify the right product for my needs, to delivery status to installation help..." It is so generic in how it was written. Another problem with one of the reviewers is Elroy Coates. The photo used is a stock photo. That is a pretty big give away that the reviewer's account is most likely a fake. People usually use their own photo or a photo of pets, their kids, car, vacation, etc. So, big flashing red light.The reviewer named Georgia Ferrell used a Russian stock photo which you can check yourself by doing a Tineye or Google Reverse Image check. There is no one by that name in the vicinity of Brookside, AL. Lola Ramirez also is a reviewer who reviewed multiple towing companies 2 months ago within the exact same time period, not to mention the cadence and wording is not the usual way someone who speaks English would write the post. Too many peculiarities.The only reviewer with a 5 star or positive review that I can authenticate is Michael Alexander Urbanek.If you look on YouTube under "[CAUGHT] Local Police Terrorize Small Town, They Even Got a Tank" you'll get an idea of what is truly happening and notice that this company is mentioned in said video. Also, if you Google "Brookside, 23 officers and towing company sued for conspiracy over traffic stops, high fines" written 3 months ago, you'll notice that this business is also mentioned in the article. I truly hope this business stops IF it is behaving in a corrupt and harmful manner to the townsfolk. It is no way to behave or do business. The suspicious reviews should be investigated and if found to be fake, taken down! Thanks for your time reading my post!

The top 6 reviews are from profiles that only review towing companies from all over the country. I can't prove they are fake, but it seems awfully suspicious.

From helping to initially identify the right product for my needs, to delivery status to installation help, everyone was not only quick to respond, but greeted me kindly and helped in all areas.
