Me and my wife had a deer run into our SUV and done a good deal of damage . We took it to Murphys . We talked with the owner and went over the damages . The time frame was far less than I expected and the work was impressive . Even the matching g of the paint was spot on . If I ever need more work done , I will choose no place but Murphys . You have gained a customer for life . Thank you and your crew for the amazing work .

Scheduled an appointment for them to look at my vehicle and took time off to go there. They would not look at the vehicle and sent me to a place in dothan.

The worst experience! 7 weeks to fix my car and they put some used and broken parts back in and charged the insurance almost $4000 for nothing. The arrangement was for a maximum of 2 weeks. A lot of anger with these people and on top of that they touched my electrical part and broke another part and they did not want to answer me for that damage. I am very angry towards them. Never take your car to this place.

By far the best body shop I have been to. The work they completed was perfect, I could not ask for better. They were perfect on the time frame they gave me and pricing was very fair. They went above and beyond, my starter happened to bite the dust when I picked it up, (nothing that they did, just an older car) I had everyone from the owner to the junior tech out there helping getting it fixed after they should have been closed. The owner ordered a new starter and installed it for me first thing the next day. Outstanding work completed and the best customer service I have had in Alabama.
