I (a 19 year old girl) had gotten a flat tire on my way home, which is an hour away. It will be an hour at the least before anyone can get to me and the tire is on the verge of blowing. It was about 20 minutes after close and i went and knocked on the door, just wanting to use their restroom. The woman that answered the door wouldn’t even hear me out. She was very rude while i was trying to explain my situation to her. There was a complete lack of empathy and an abundance in rudeness and attitude. I’m still sitting in my car as i’m writing this. honestly just very saddening.

The majority of Dollar General's I have visited had stocked stores and polite employees. However, in my small town there has been a management problem for about a year. This is being gradually attended to.

I can say one employee there will do more than 10 at dollar general. Always friendly employees. No issues what so ever here. Just items at times has been out for several weeks.But still 100% better than dollar general right below them.
