I had a fuel line line spraying fuel under the hood and it was getting late. A bit of a dicey situation for me. Thankfully this location was open and William and Aaron were on duty. They helped me select the right size line and cut it to fit. Installed in the lot and i was on my way. Thanks!

This review is specifically about Ms. Nealie Nelson. My husband was broken down on the side of the road and she took the time to help him with tools that he needed to be able to repair his truck and get back on the road. He said she is the sweetest lady he has ever met and was so thankful for her willingness to help. Without her help yesterday he might still be stranded on the side of the road 5 hours away from home. Thank you, Ms. Nealie! We really appreciate your customer service.

We are traveling on vacation and had a flat. We pulled into the parking lot and Tina was outside to offer help immediately. Her coworker Chris the store manager was so kind to change our tire which was not an easy job. He was very patient and willing to help without hesitation. Tried to pay him for doing such a job and he wouldn’t take anything. Thankful this world still has people like Chris and Tina. Go to Auto Zone store 6332 for all your car needs!

Last week we were driving home from the beach and got a nail in our tire. The sealant kit in the car repair kit could not seal the tire and we were stranded on a Sunday in the high school parking lot. No Uber/Lyft was available and I called this Auto Zone for advice on what I could do. Nealine, Damitra, and William were working that Sunday and they could sense my desperation. William came and picked me up, helped me get what I needed to fix the tire, and then drove me back to my car. They saved us from a long wait for a tow truck from Montgomery and a hotel stay and missed work (what the manufacturer road side assistance offered). I can't thank them enough for their dedication to helping others.

Today, I along with my family was traveling to Panama City for summer vacation and noticed I had a blown headlight in the pouring rain. I immediately drove over to Auto zone that was approaching closing hours. Your associate female type (Demetry) went above and beyond in the pouring rain to help me replace my headlight and asked for nothing in return. She was very polite and handled the situation professionally and promptly. She deserves a raise.

not at all happy with this store made a purchase and asked to have a code read, was told that we needed to wait until other employee comes back in from installing a battery okay fair enough . the guy comes back in starts cleaning tools and putting them away, the guy that told me to wait is now helping someone else buying a battery, i am still waiting . now the guy i was waiting for goes out and starts installing new battery . the guy that tells me to wait says it will only take a few min. to install that battery. lost all my bis. and everyone i can tell. would be lower but dont have lower than one
