Unfortunately, the staff was rude and disrespectful to several guests, myself included. The sharp tone and unprofessional attitude were completely uncalled for, making us feel uncomfortable throughout the event. It was disappointing to see such a lovely venue overshadowed by staff who seemed more interested in being curt than accommodating. I hope management takes this feedback seriously, as the service really detracted from an otherwise enjoyable setting.

You don’t need to do that - I’ve already met with Daniel, Mary and Jenny. They are the REAL DEAL! Walked out of there extremely happy. Became even happier when the Breitling warranty registration went through. Completely authenticated! That’s every consumers concern but with them you have nothing to worry about. They are fully transparent and responsive from a customer service standpoint. Company has a large inventory and what you don’t see just ask because they can get it. I love my new Breitling and looking into the next one already. Thank you once again and happy to say I’ve found my new watch dealer.

She demonstrated great professionalism, a very genuine and friendly attitude, and was especially soft and gentle with her touch. All of the women working there were engaged with their customers, and overall, I would say that everyone was receiving very good service and enjoying their time. I would happily recommend this location, and I will definitely be going back again.
