“Very different shopping experience from the bigger store chains someone greeted me at the door asked if he could help me find what I was shopping for and accompanied me to the proper department carried the product to the counter for me. The cashier was very friendly and offered to have my purchase walked out to my vehicle. Was very impressed with this shopping experience”
“I just happen to be walking around and stubbles upon this place. I’ve been planning a pretty big undertaking to fix one of the most badass ottomans you’ve ever seen! Not only have I enjoyed wood work (although a novice I respect the skill Immensely), this store had it all! I enjoyed taking a stroll through it with child like enjoyment at all it had to offer, even books about projects and things I had no idea existed . If you’re considering working with wood in anyway, shape or form, this is definitely the place to go!”
“These people are “nuts†about screws, gaskets and such. Much much larger selection than any of the big box stores, they have everything you need to fix IKEA furniture, grills, cars etc. Awesome place for tradesmen to get what they need too.”

“I have been a Graham lighting customer for over 8 years. I don’t normally post reviews but sometimes the service is so compelling that you must write one. Customer centric service is a dying breed, and it is refreshing when you come across an organization that has sustained a culture of “client first” mentality. Ginger, the owner, has successfully created an environment which makes you feel important as a client. You get the attention, the follow-up, the flexibility, and a small business feel where the vendor goes out of their way to make things work. The business offers an immense selection of beautiful lighting options and design help as part of the process. Me and my wife are picky, but we have been so impressed with the patience, the professionalism, and most of all the “do what it takes” attitude. In this era of disappearing service standards, it’s great to see that the spirit of making customers feel special is still alive. I am very impressed and know that you will be as well.”
“Out of what we needed. Informed by staff product was on back order since October 2023. Came home got on app & ordered it & picked up at same store in about a week. Not sure what was going on there but Home Depot needs to fix in house information and allow customers to order in store if they choose; which means probably new software?$$$$$On upside all the staff was great especially the 3 tht helped us in garage door insulation/insulation area, except being mis informed about ordering product.?”
“I had a bath faucet over 15 years old that leaked bad badly. Went to Ferguson and James Wells went above and beyond in helping me. They did not have the parts I needed but he said he would find it for me. I left the store and two days later he called and located it for me. He gave me the contact information and I placed the order. It came in and fit perfectly. . There was no charge for all the effort Mr Wells did and seemed as happy to help if I ever needed anything else. I’m a customer for life now.”

“The 5 star rating is because of Seirra, who helped us pick carpet and pad. So nice and I rushed, it made the purchase experience great. We returned several hours later looking for shelving and Sierra was there again to handle all of our questions and needs. A perfect day at Home Depot. And the checkout lady, Sam I think, I know she has 16 years of service, but she was awesome too.”

“In the past, I've had trouble finding the things I needed in their inventory. But lately I have enjoyed their garden center. They have natural pine bark mulch, which I prefer to the fake dyed kind. A nice selection of perennials and native perennials suited to the climate in middle Tennessee. As a Williamson County Master Gardener, I receive a 10% discount on landscape and garden supplies.”
