“I don't know what all the beef is about, there seems to be a lot of people complaining about this bank but hey everything worked fine and when you're out in the middle of nowhere in East Tucson on a road that has nothing from miles and either direction it's wonderful to find a bank with so many drive-thru Lanes so many Versa tellers so that banking can be done and carried on as we move on down the road. “I really like shopping at Dillard's because their clothes are really nice and they have so much more too. It was a very quiet shopping experience, hardly anyone around. Things are so different now after Covid but one thing remains, and that is the quality of their merchandise. I like that they still have sales but I'm sad that there is no longer a New Year's Day sale.”

“I went with U.S. Bank because they have Saturday hours, they met my criteria for my 501(c)(3), and Marco was super friendly and helpful with the set up of my account. we exchanged a few emails before my appointment to make sure that I had all the paperwork straight so I didn't have to waste any time when I was there. I've never had a banker go above and beyond for me like that. he answered all my questions, he told me a potential issues that might occur with some of my paperwork, and he explained how to avoid fees. I hope the rest of my experience with this bank goes as well as my first day, I will have to wait and see though. I will also add, while I was doing my appointment there were tons of friendly people coming and going and the tellers were all very friendly and everybody was greeting everybody. It felt like an old school bank in a small town.”

“I recently started doing business at this bank by virtue of my Grandparents having a trust here. Because I am the Trustee of all of my Grandparents assets, house etc and the Trust is with Bank of the West I have been needing to come in several times in the last month and I couldn't be happier with the customer service, competence and patience of the people that I have had experience working with. I brought in a large Cashiers check this afternoon and the Banker, (Tasha) suggested and took her time to call and verify the check was good. I appreciate her taking that extra time and made me feel like she was taking care of me and the Trust. The bank tellers have been efficient and super pleasant! I especially appreciate this with dealing with a sensitive time. Thanks Bank of the West! Your team personifies what personal and great Customer care should look like.”

“I can’t begin to say how thankful my husband & I are for our branch of Wells Fargo @ Broadway & Sarnoff & Maria the bank employee that stopped what she was doing to help me while I was dealing with what could have been a terrible financial problem for us. She worked with us for over an 90 minutes. She, also, connected me to William in the Fraud Dept who also went above & beyond to make sure our problem was taken care of & we felt protected. They both deserve to be acknowledged for wonderful customer service. Thank you both so much.”
