“I went with U.S. Bank because they have Saturday hours, they met my criteria for my 501(c)(3), and Marco was super friendly and helpful with the set up of my account. we exchanged a few emails before my appointment to make sure that I had all the paperwork straight so I didn't have to waste any time when I was there. I've never had a banker go above and beyond for me like that. he answered all my questions, he told me a potential issues that might occur with some of my paperwork, and he explained how to avoid fees. I hope the rest of my experience with this bank goes as well as my first day, I will have to wait and see though. I will also add, while I was doing my appointment there were tons of friendly people coming and going and the tellers were all very friendly and everybody was greeting everybody. It felt like an old school bank in a small town.”

“I recently started doing business at this bank by virtue of my Grandparents having a trust here. Because I am the Trustee of all of my Grandparents assets, house etc and the Trust is with Bank of the West I have been needing to come in several times in the last month and I couldn't be happier with the customer service, competence and patience of the people that I have had experience working with. I brought in a large Cashiers check this afternoon and the Banker, (Tasha) suggested and took her time to call and verify the check was good. I appreciate her taking that extra time and made me feel like she was taking care of me and the Trust. The bank tellers have been efficient and super pleasant! I especially appreciate this with dealing with a sensitive time. Thanks Bank of the West! Your team personifies what personal and great Customer care should look like.”
“I really like shopping at Dillard's because their clothes are really nice and they have so much more too. It was a very quiet shopping experience, hardly anyone around. Things are so different now after Covid but one thing remains, and that is the quality of their merchandise. I like that they still have sales but I'm sad that there is no longer a New Year's Day sale.”

“I am confused by the negative reviews of customer service, as my experiences have always exceeded my expectations. They have always gone out of their way to greet me, determine my needs, and complete my transactions efficiently and in a friendly manner. I have recently required several instances of personalized service, and they have always gone above and beyond. I don't usually notice bank customer service, but they excel so noticeably it is hard to ignore. Job well done.”

“I needed to get a document notarized and I appreciate that BOA has notary services. I easily made an appointment through the mobile app. Aide was very knowledgeable and helpful. All together it took about 3-5 mins to get everything done. I learned the banks free notary service is available for everyone not just customers. Something to keep in mind next time you need a notary.”
