I have bad experience here many times. Very rude employees. Sometimes, they don't even know what they are doing.

Done business for several years at this Casper store. Not any more. Husband in hospital and I am home sick. Family friend kind enough to run errands for this old lady and deliver them 30 miles away. All errands run, even a pharmacy pickup. Get to Petco to pickup dog food and was refused. Order states it's being picked up and not by me. They were rude to him and offered no help. So, I called the store. The first gal was rude and so was her manager. Pretty much stated they didn't care. I need to call the 1800 number on my order and get a refund. So, you just told me you didn't need or want our business anymore! No problem. Wish granted!

I call to ask about if a store happen to have any fresh water fish in. The "customer Service" Was very rude. She told me well I don't know you will have to come in and just look. I told her I live 45 minutes away. She then said hang on! She proceed to ask what kind I was looking for so I told her. She said I don't see any, and before I could ask when she thought they might be getting any fish in she hung up the phone. I get they might be busy, or not sure of the answer. However if you are answer Customer service line you better answer all questions and you are friendly!!! This is not the first time for this certain Local store has been rude. It also has happened in person. Its like they are to busy to help you. This certain store is NOT that Busy

Shopped there three times where they cheated me. They never give the sale prices. Manager doesn't care about the time you lose having to argue over featured sale prices you never get. Called corporate and they must outsource their calls to Pakistan. Not shopping here again.

We take our dog to get groomed and every time we've been happy with the results. The staff is very friendly and do an excellent job. They confirm we are happy with the end result. The store is clean and always has her dog food in stock.

OK I relationship is now completely over. You're screwed me over way too many times but had to go to Petsmart because you guys don't know how to run a store. Three times in a row I've walked in not been greeted by a not busy register worker, never saw an employee all the way from the door to the fish all the way in the back. I've tried three times to get fish and there is never anyone around. Things are better when manager Mike is working, but the last two months are always so hit and miss whether they have products, live products(While looking to purchase super worms today and I searched eight containers they had on the shelf and found not one alive worm in either the 25 or 50 count containers. I could've bought these, all dead.), Or find a human to scoop fish that works at the store. Once again I had to go to Petsmart and stead of Petco because of all these issues. I mean seriously do you guys not want my money??? You guys were doing so good just recently after the overhaul the store had plenty of staff people were happy and now I hear complaints from nothing but anyone in town.

I was visiting from out of state and my cavalier needed grooming. A friend recommended Petco and their de-shedding treatments. I was very pleased with the tech and the completed job. My dog looks great, the de-shedding treatment was a success! I would recommend and use again when in the area.

I really like the salon, but it's always out of towels and I think it needs more drains, water all over and it could be kept cleaner

I love to come to this place for my babies have grooming. The staffs are very friendly and helpful. They take care my furry babies are very good. Very recommended place for grooming.

The Casper Petco staff always are friendly and helpful. The remodeled store looks good and it is very clean. Although I don't have a dog, I think the dog washing stations are great! The other big pet store in town doesn't carry Merrick canned cat food. Grateful that Petco does. I also refill my cat litter jugs at the refilling station--great idea and economical, too!

As an ex employee of this location there's a lot I could say but I do want to mention is that working at this location you felt more like a executioner of animals because per day at least four animals would die or you would have to put them down. I got fired for discovering a few employees selling dope out of the back of the store like meth and marijuana. When brought up to the store manager he told me that that was happening and that I can get out of the store very unprofessional especially when it's supposed to be an open door policy. After I was fired employees were told to watch out for me since I was selling the dope in the back of the store which is bull crap and they actually banned me I've been drug-free for ever never even touched any. Almost all the managers stereotype customers and make fun of him which is ridiculous and they also steal merchandise all the time.
