They were out of ice and having trouble with their machine but instead of just saying they had none and moving me on my way, Ali ran to the back and managed to get the machine to spit out an 8lb bag for me. When I thanked her for making the extra effort she seemed surprised that anyone wouldn't. The lovely cashier who checked me out was equally kind and friendly but I sadly can't recall her name. This store takes less than 2 extra minutes to get to from my house, but the difference in attitude between the staff here and the green Dino I pass to get here is astounding. Together they helped us obtain an affordable Rx (that saved us literally $100's of dollars) all while dealing w/multiple phone calls at least 7 to 10 people waiting in line and several cars in the drive-through. Give these ladies a raise, they are an amazing asset to your Walgreenes store and truly care about your customers well-being as well as understanding and doing everything in their power to help relieve the financial burden of a very expensive prescription.
