So far my experience was fast and simple. No hassle, pressure of any kind. Setting up my unit and starting auto pay was a breeze and my associate was courteous and kind the whole time. So far so good.

Gate hasn't worked properly for over a year. Raised my rent from 120 to 170. Roads in facility has potholes. Occasionally there are people parked over night or for several days in the facility. No one is actually on site, everything is managed remotely. My last straw, I had to start calling their office in order to get out because the facility gate didn't see my vehicle and there are no other options to get out by myself.

Gate hardly ever worked. For at least the last 2 or 3 weeks it’s been wide open. And yet they wanted to raise the rates but couldn’t make sure people’s stuff were secure.
