They didn't have 2 things I was looking for, so don't expect one stop shopping for car stuff...but was able to get some oil for my car, not a total loss. I would have preferred if the attendant just pointed me towards where that stuff would be if there rather than insisting on going with a model specific part with his computer because some folks do know their vehicle well enough to be able to make other products not specific to a model work. Lost patience and just figured that if they defaulted to that orientation, then they didn't deserve the sale for that. Amazon's gain, their loss. Morale has pretty much always been low at this location though, you can tell the folks are just there for the paycheck

First they sent me a coupon but I can't use it for in store pick up!! Then they charge you a $40 "core deposit". Just not a good experience all together

Paid extra for a part to be delivered Saturday. Called Sunday was told it wasn't there and that they would call when it was received so I waited until today (Tuesday) called again the part was there and had been since Saturday when asked why I wasn't called it was blamed on the weekend crew even though nobody from the weekday crew called either. When asking to speak to the manager I was told the guy on the phone was the night manager he was not any help and I was told I had to speak to the store manager, but there was probably nothing they would do even though I paid the extra and it was them that dropped the ball. I get it things happen but customers shouldn't have to pay for someone else's mess up. I paid the extra to get it on Saturday so it could be done over the weekend not during the week when I have to work.

This place is always a horrible experience. The manager Nick dosent do anything. He only complains and he doesn't value any customers at all. And everything he gives you is going to be the wrong part. Go to o'reilly's and get the right part and no attitude
