I’ve been stopping here regularly (at least a dozen times a week) for about 5 years now, as I live only a few blocks away. Always loved the workers. Very friendly.

We were there doing laundry and of course none of the machines actually worked right. After complaining that the washer did not spin out the clerk came over to "help".... so of course we pulled our clothes out to put in a different machine and the lady who worked there freakes out. Calls my mother names says if we get anymore water on the floor she'll kick us out. She walkes away and comes back with a friend who is now smoking in the laundromat and we are sitting down and this point. There both standing directly in front of us yelling. My mother stood up and said you will not yell at us like that. Then the lady who works there (AND STILL WORKS THERE) CALLED MY MOTHER A FAT BI*CH. we called the cops and filled a police report. The next day I called the owner and the next day (he never called me back). Then over a week later he called me and I told him about the incident. He was incredibly rude and when I told him ill be filing a report with a bbb he told me to F*** OFF. REAL NICE COMPANY. HOW ARE THEY STILL IN BUISNESS???? SHAME ON YOU BALTUS EXPRESS FUELS
