“Thank you to the gentleman at Auto Zone that tried to help me remove my stripped screws from my rear license plate. He tried several things but wasn’t able to remove them, but suggested I try a Dremel tool to grind some slots in the screws. It took awhile, but that idea worked. So I returned to the store to get some new screws once I knew the right size. I went to a competitor down the street before I went to Auto Zone, and they wouldn’t even look at my issue. Glad I stopped at Auto Zone!”

“I was told by another service shop I needed a new air bag shock for my truck. They said mine had a hole in it. They could hear air when they filled it up. Apperently they didn't actually look at it. Called CMK to see if they had one. Since other place said you had to buy 2 new ones. He had one that he thought would work. When he went under the truck to see if it would, we found that only the air line had a hole on it. He could have sold me new bag, but instead cut the line and fixed it for no charge. Great experience.”

“I had bought a defective alternator and the staff at this location not only gave me a replacement alternator but also provided the tools to change it out in the parking lot.
