My son had electrical issues with his car while at UWW. M & R went above and beyond to not only fix the issue but helped me get a refund for the original battery. They fixed the issue fast and their prices are fair.

Rick and his shop are fantastic and trustworthy. My son is at UWW a few hours from our local shop and we needed some serious brake work done on our Civic. After some initial confusion about cost plus tax we sorted things out and I was impressed by his work and honesty. Too many shops look for ways upsell and overcharge, but not M&R. I wouldn't hesitate to use again if needed, although my son graduates in a week and I'll likely never need service work again. Got my car fixed here a few months back. I had to walk to the location, but they gave me a ride home(w my dog). Honest and reliable. I'm from a bigger city, and it's hard to find an auto shop that's actually good.
