Josh Wallace is honestly the best realtor I have worked with ever. We looked at many homes over a period of four months. He was always available every time to look at houses and he always made the day and time a priority for us. Josh is kind and calm and extremely knowledgeable whether we had questions from a buyer perspective or a seller perspective. I would trust him and recommend him hands down to anyone looking for a realtor. Knowledge, expertise and honesty all priceless!

Josh is my go to realtor, he works to make sure I understand everything with the process while still making sure I feel comfortable with every step. My house sold for more than I was expecting over 1 weekend. He did the open house, had great photos taken to highlight my home and really made it look GREAT in the advertising which was all custom to my home. I couldn’t have imagined this going any smoother!
