Great customer service and helpful staff

I've been getting Fresh Blends blended drinks for some time now and today I was surprised with a slice in both of my cups. My daughter, who was wearing a brand new outfit, had her new clothes ruined when the hole in her cup caused her chocolate drink to leak on her shirt, her pants, and on her seat belt. My cup had a similar crack in it and so I replaced both of our drinks. But the flavor I chose for myself to replace an old flavor that had disappeared in the last week was disgusting. So I went to get myself a different flavor but after I tossed my drink I was told I would have to pay for the replacement. So now my drink is gone and my tummy is empty. Great customer service, eh?

Great people, chicken hard as a rock and not edible. We’ve given it three chances now. Don’t go for the food, go for the people.

Easy, quick, cheap, fresh food and wide variety. Can get pretty much anything you need there.

Decent location. Usually clean bathrooms. Decent product selection. Friendly staff. Usually stocked well. Getting in and out of the lot can be tricky depending on traffic. Definitely prefer kwik trip over other branded gas station chains.

don’t have construction and have a semi come in. the only place that was available to park was the place we parked and the semi parked us in.

Waffle fries ordered to be made fresh with 8 peace chicken. Oil taste old and waffle fries are warm to almost cold in center in center. Manager say come back in and I will make you new ones or give you credit. I said no just letting you know thats why we call it in!!!! Then the manager says "ya whatever" before he hangs up. Better off going to a bar like Trails Side and just order a head and get the same amount of food way way better quality. This is the one on Birch at 1.30 PM manager. I also called in 20 minutes early and asked him if I should place order for the one towards Ringle because they are usually not as busy. I think I am going to have all of my workers and me all place orders tomorrow and be no shows just since the manager is so rude !!~

I ordered four pizzas on 08/06/2023, the experience from ordering to pick up was stress free. Thank you, as the employees are helpful, friendly and polite. I will definitely offer again.

I believe this is the one we were at on Saturday evening when an incident caused a flat tire. We cannot say enough about the courtesy we were given by all staff but especially I believe Jarrod the auto guy from the kitchen and the other Male who assist us the whole time while changing our tire for us. We cannot thank them enough

An employee named Renee walked up to my three small children one of whom is special needs and stated “we have cameras if you take something without paying the cops will come into your home” they came up to me crying as I was getting coffee, they were simply looking for candy to pick as Saturday is treat day, my special needs daughter has been crying all the way home thinking the cops are going to come take her, Both myself and my wife are at the top of our professions, I’ve never been more insulted in my 45 years on this earth, will never visit a kwik trip again.
