allowed us to park overnight there.

They don’t hire people they just take temporary temp people so they can get by not a good company they are really dishonest people I would’ve never trust buying filters from here they don’t even do the test they are so post to do they just guess and hope it’s right

Upper management is blind to what the crooked people that work here are really doing. Mike the “manager” and Penny like to play touchy-feely with each other and talk extremely inappropriate. They don’t do trust worthy work on any vehicle or equipment. They will try and charge you as much as possible, unless you have mechanical experience. As for wanting to be an employee here… they don’t like to train you. I was discriminated for having a medical condition and for being a younger male. They will stab you in the back as many times as possible. Ps if you are a customer here, they are screwing you over every time.I hope you see this mike watts. ???

Beware! To "look at" your generator (not perform any actual repair), they will charge you $145.00 per hour for labor. Yes, I have a bill for $305.95 for NOTHING. Outrageous.

We were traveling in the Wausau area pulling a 5th wheel with three dogs in the truck when we discovered a bolt broke on the camper suspension. The people at Cummins fixed it quickly and we were on our way.

Mark in Service was very helpful and pleasant... Dean, the tech was very informative and took a personal interest in the problem with my truck... no bs about what they did or didnt know, straight up and honest. I will be continuing to come back to these guys when any problems come up.

I sell trucks in Ft. Wayne, IN. I had an issue with a generator on a customer's truck the day after the sale which was a bad situation. The customer is from WI so I called the Cummins shop in Weston, WI and they were absolutely phenomenal and made a bad situation much better. Mark in service is definitely one of the best in the business!!
