Find something else to go too! Takes to long to get through the phone, or to the window. Had a order put in for my daughter the doctor at Walgreens said it will be in the next day and they are having a delay. I went in today and this woman wants to say it's not on file.....

Why does it consistently take 30 minutes just to drop off a prescription? Or 60-120 minutes to pick up? Every. Time.

Long lines, takes a long time to get medication. The worst thing is when you go to pick up medication, there will be no pharmacist on duty! This is happens too often and is unacceptable!!!

I’m surprised Google. Are you really telling me that this Walgreens has 10 reviews and half are several years old?\\nThe pharmacy here is overwhelmed and under staffed with the counter people poorly trained and learning on the fly.\\nIm sure they are having the same issues as many businesses and they are trying to hire, but I always seem to have trouble here while other pharmacies are so much smoother.\\nToday I was in line to pickup 2 prescriptions and it took 40 minutes to take care of the 4 people in front of me. I give them 2 stars rather than 1 only because some of the issues are nearly beyond their control

this pharmacy needs to close when you have 19 year old clerks[like from the photo dept that need to help hand out scripts, and lines that are 20 minute waits, and not enough help to even open Memorial day!!!,, and scripts taking days to arrive Walgreens HQ needs to close this store

This pharmacy is always understaffed. Staff is unprofessional, rude and throw prescriptions. Staff members aren’t customer friendly and or knowledgeable on what is going on. They can not manage the flow in which customers come in. The past two times I’ve been, they are huffing and puffing and complaining about their jobs.

I don't normally review stores, but I feel the need to review this one. I just left this Walgreens and the staff here is excellent. They go over and above to be friendly and helpful.

CAN'T I GIVE ZERO STARS!?! Staff rude, useless and just plain old incompetent. They have lost my prescriptions more times than I can count. Have a horrible sinus infection my doctor had to call the prescription in twice 4 PM and 6 PM last night because they kept losing it and at 5 o'clock the next morning the prescription STLL WAS NOT READY. I called the other store on Paradise she literally had it done in five minutes skip this store and the frustration of their stupidity-drive to the other.

If I could give this store zero stars I would. Almost every time I go there, there is an issue with the cash register, or long lines with only one register open, or some issue with the checkout. Poor customer service, checkout is always slow. Time before last the register wasn't working right, they repeatedly called for someone to come up to run the other register and it never happened. It took me almost 20 minutes to check out (I was the second person in line). Today I go in and lo and behold. No one was in line, wow! lucky!. I get in line and was told "I can't check you out, some is checking out already and they went back to look at something". Waited 5 minutes and finally left and didn't bother buying after all. I will never go to this Walgreens again. I would suggest you go somewhere else.
