This is the 2nd time my husband and I had done service with russ darrow in west bend. Both times (service) & (sales) did a amazing job with helping us. Mike (in sales) has used every resource he had to help me find a vehicle that I liked and fit my budget. Considering I'm very picky, he was patience, kind and considerate.

Very pleased with this dealership. This is our 3rd car we have bought and will always go here for future car purchases. The whole experience is amazing as soon as you drive on the lot and drive off with your new car. It is a wild experience you won't regret !

Don't bother going there. Caught their service writers charging for materials they didn't use. Very poor communication as well. Only reason I even gave them a single star is their shuttle driver is very pleasant and polite.

Kudos to the sales and finance staff at Russ Darrow Toyota. Is it possible to have a good buying experience? Yes! No pressure. Promises were fulfilled. Our vehicle was prepped and delivered ahead of schedule. No hidden costs. The entire process was completed in an hour. I’m happy.

$499 dealership fee, most reputable dealerships charge $0-$299 for something you can do yourself through the DMV. This is not your registration, plate, and title fee. It is taxable so it is just a fee to get another $499 out of your pocket.
$259.50 plates, title, and registration.This is a number confirmed by a DMV employee. And $0.00 to do it at the DMV, NOT $499

My experience was smooth, easy and basically stressfree. The manager was extremely helpful in finalizing everything.
The place has a comfortably no pressure feeling the moment you walk in.
