The staff here is fantastic. The place is always clean. It is not overcrowded. They always have red light or tanning available.

Called about information to cancel my membership (gym was just far too over crowded and wasn’t working out) Claire had answered and was quite rude and no help with me having questions about canceling with being out of town. The only “answer” i got from her when i asked on my options to cancel were “NO”… interesting take i guess ?

After the renovation seems The AC is not really affective. The only place where it is cooling is the hallway outside ladies lockerroom.
Stale air and very humid now that Spring/Summer has arrived.

If there is anyone who is thinking about joining this facility do yourself a favor and don't. There is no A. C. it's so hot in there I haven't been able to finish a workout for over a week.

good gym, no problems with people, weird and inconvenient hours though, it's a PF i'd expect to just be able to go, not have to check the hours if i feel like having a 2am workout

The staff will alert their friends to your presence at the gym and that is why I canceled my membership. Yes- the staff here will call people and let them know when you have arrived to the gym. Why? I don't know? Hard to imagine why these people do what they do. What I know is the staff takes the small town garbage way too far here. This is a gym- that's it. You are an attendant, not a professional level guru. Stay in your lane, mind your own dysfunctional and broken lives. Pointing me out doesn't make you better- This is like Wal-Mart. This is the Walmart of gyms in every possible way.

Planet Fitness in West Bend is a nice place, never too crowded, with decent equipment that looks well maintained. The facility is clean, bright and feels energetic.
