This has little to do with service from any store, as associates have always been great everywhere I go. But:
There 11% rebate "sales" are garbage. And that's all they do anymore. You have minimal time to send them in, you have to pay for stamps so best buy $100+ of stuff to make it worth it, and if you don't send it in on time they stil take 11% off any return. So pay $1,000 for something forget the rebate you don't get $110 back, then return it and its like paying an 11% restock fee on everything cuz you only get $890 back. It's false advertisements (as they call it an 11% off everything sale). Maybe someone should start a class action suit?

Store itself was not a problem at all. Hate attendant was not untested in doing her job. She was watching possibly her nanny cam as we could hear very clearly through her phone. She didn’t even check the back of truck for inventory. Isn’t that the main duty of the gate attendant?

We purchased a criterion refrigerator at menards. It is menards brand. It comes with a 1 year warranty. We received the refrigerator and the light inside doesn't work. We told menards about it and we were told we have to return the whole refrigerator because they don't do repairs. So now we're supposed to empty the fridge haul a almost 200 pound unit back to the store. To bring a new one home plus the added expense to rent a truck to return it. What a joke. We'll never buy a appliance there again. We're in our mid 70's and can't do that. Buyer beward.

Rude and nasty employees decided it was better to scream at a 22yr old trying to get a cart from the broken corral rather than walk over and assist. We won't be back. I'd rather pay more than deal with that nonsense.
