I don’t even leave reviews but today I am. The vila store was unusually packed today per the employees who most of them were obviously new. They were so polite and nice. Those girls are so sweet and have great customer service. They didn’t hesitate to run back and forth for shoes for my kids as well as other families with small children. At one point one of the girls said whew it’s busy today! But in an excited way.Keep up the good work ladies!!

Decent location, Definitely need to improve on customer service. Use this store as my last resort to find clothes or shoes, Store doesn’t open when they say they do, overall store is clean and the do have decent gear I just haven’t had a great customer experience yet.

This place is a very dishonest place. I stood in line for three hours for a pair of shoes that I was supposed to be guaranteed because I donated a toy. Come to find out they sold my shoes and kept my toy. Never would shop again.

Team members urgency to assist customers could be definitely better because it's lacking currently and shoe selection could be better in the past year this was a great place to shop for exclusive items however now it seems like it's lacking inventory

They are making people wait outside in these below zero temperatures while 4 people inside slowly look around not buying any items. There's no covid-19 restrictions that states that stores in West Allis can only have 4 people at a time. Keep in mind that its only 7 degrees outside.

This whole Covid system is terrible. Don’t waste your time standing in the cold for the poor service and items that can be purchased at the mall. This was my LAST resort but NEVER again!
