I had a great time at this place. There is a ton of fun things that I just wasn't expecting. No other non specialty store has had this good selection of Gunpla, Gundam model kits, and paints.

Went in to browse and looking to replace some paints for my miniatures painting. They'd been put away for a few years so I lost some. The staff was super nice and very informative about the wide selection and the different types of paint and what they did. Several people helped me and even ordered some of the ones I wanted as a special order. Love this place, very friendly and informative.

If you need extra help, be patient and tell them. Go in when they’re not overcrowded and then they will take the extra time needed to answer questions. Old school customer service, exactly how I like it. Five stars to the staff!
