I am truly amazed by my realtor, Juan Cerda Bautista. The home buying experience can be overwhelming and Juan made sure that I was comfortable in every decision I was making. He answered all of my questions and if he didn’t know the answer, he found it out from his team. He gave me reassurance when I was doubting I would ever find the right house. Everyone knows moving can be stressful enough with the packing, unpacking and all the other work that goes along with it. Especially a relocation move! That’s why I was so thankful that my our realtor Lisa-Marie Franco-Garcia she was extremely professional and did everything possible to ensure the process went as smooth as possible,from setting up homes to see, making offers, final walk through and etc. Everything was explained clearly and whenever we had a problem she did whatever it took to help out with the situation.Lisa-Marie Franco-Garcia , hands down kept our best interest at the fore front at all times.
