Made an appointment with the receptionist in person 2 weeks prior and when I got there they said I wasn't scheduled. Never apologized or said anything for that matter. Completely incompetent!!!

Put me out his office because I didn’t see a need to be coming every 3 months. It been 12 years since then and I at Milwaukee Eye Care Associates and I with Dr. Edmond and i only go every twice a year. Now what wrong with that picture. Sound like a rip off to me.

After I told him I haven't seen an eye Dr in awhile, he freaked out, called me a "nightmare liability", huffing and puffing. And then proceeded to tell me that my Air Optics Day and Night weren't sleeping contacts. He came in like a bull, didn't introduce himself, and within two minutes I was out the door to find a more CONFIDENT Dr. I was completely blindsided by his disgusting demeanor and couldn't believe he treated patients so horribly. BEWARE of Eric Knight!

I've been coming to Knight Vision for a few years now and have been very pleased with their services. They have a nicely remodeled office on the corner of 73rd and Greenfield Ave. with free street parking (yay- West Allis)! I switched to Knight Vision after lack of care and attention at the national chain eye locations. Each doctor here I've seen is through and takes the time to answer any questions I have. The staff does a nice job to get you in and out in a timely manner. I don't believe walk-ins are allowed but they do a great job of answering phones. Now they are apart of 'my eye dr' and you can make appointments online which is nice and convenient!

I am a long time patient of Dr. Knight. He is the best. His office staff is terrible. Apparently they just changed software and I was informed that the New software wiped out all the appointments. How did they know to call me? And they did not honor my upcoming appointment I had for next Monday. I was told we can get you in sometime in Aug. ( 2 months from now) I made my appointment months ago.

I was more than happy with my visit to Knight vision! They corrected a vision problem that another business could not correct. They explained everything to me and were very personable. I will recommend them to my friends.

I recently purchased some glasses and had them fitted by Steve. Steve was very professional and friendly. He demonstrated to me he was concerned about fitting my glasses correctly and did a great job. Well done Steve!!!

Eric Knight, OD has provided me with excellent care for years. His office has also just been newly renovated and the equipment is modern and efficient, unlike most Ophthalmologists in the area who seem to be dated. Dr. Knight has over 30+ years of experience and even gives lectures around the world to the Ophthalmologist community. He is very well respected in the industry and provides his patients with simply the highest quality of care. On two separate occasions I've had emergency situations (one infection and one day woke up with blurry vision) and, whether morning or night, evening or weekday, Dr. Knight has been available to see me or talk through the emergency situation. THIS is the kind of care everyone deserves, so thank you Dr. Knight and the entire Knight Vision Team for years of high quality service.

Dr. Knight and his team are the best! Always a good experience. Went in for an eye infection and he took amazing care of me. Came out with contacts and eyeglasses. A one stop shop for everything!! I recommend him to all my friends and family!

You are simply in the best hands with Dr. Knight and his staff- my doctor of 10+ years. Caring and very accommodating. Dr. Knight's care extends beyond the office. He is my only Dr. who answers phone calls and texts on his cell in case of an emergency, and there have been many over the years. I've been happy to recommended him to friends and family who have all become loyal patients as well.

I have been seeing Dr. Knight (first father, now son) for over 45 years. I am also being treated for glaucoma symptoms. I have always been treated with the highest level of professionalism. I recommend his clinic to all.

My experiences at Knight Vision are among the worst I have ever experienced by a health care provider. I had an appointment at Knight Vision in April for a checkup and new prescription - this was my first time as a patient there. They prescribed glasses lenses that were worse than my current prescription, which already wasn't great. After attempting to let my eyes adjustment for roughly one week, it was clear that they weren't working. I asked them what the next step was to rectify this. I was informed I could come in for a re-check. I specifically asked if I would be charged for this - due to it not being my fault I was prescribed worse lenses - and I was informed that I would not be charged. Were I told I would be charged, I would not have went back to Knight Vision. I was prescribed different lenses with the same result. Unfortunately, I could not get a refund on the lenses, which was aggravating, because again, it wasn't my fault I was prescribed worse lenses. But I let it slide. At this point they suggested contacts due to my keratoconus. Miraculously, the insurance company agreed due it being medically necessary. There was a problem though - Knight Vision lost a pair of lenses and the insurance company wanted them. This led to almost 4 months of back and forth between myself, Knight Vision and my insurance company, both in person and on the phone. During this time, I received a bill for the re-check that I was told I wouldn't be billed for (about 2 months after the actual visit). To make the rest of the story short, Knight Vision refused to budge and I informed them I would no longer be a patient there, and to cancel whatever it was they were doing with the contact lenses situation. The only positive thing I can say is that there were a handful of nice employees that worked there. But even this comes with a caveat, as I had to explain my situation numerous times to different employees. It's not that every employee should have known my situation, but it was highly annoying that, after explaining it to them, there more than a few times where I was told that it wasn't in the information they were looking at on the computer. So I'm left to wait until my eye insurance benefits are available again. I have no idea if the contacts would've even worked but Knight Vision gave me precisely zero reasons to think they would be able to get me to see better.

I have been going to this place since Dr. Yale was in charge. Now I see his son Dr. Eric who carries on the office as good or better than before. It actually doesn't matter if it's better or not but it is different-- it is more contemporary in the styles of frames you can buy. With the crazy way our medical world is today, and all of the confusing details of insurance, I find it nice to go to a place where I can show up on the doctor and his staff take care of everything for me. I don't know if they are more or less expensive than the next nearest optometrist office - - but I get a lot more service in West Allis Wisconsin than I get from the billionaires in the dot-com eyeglass frame places. I'm not rich by any means, but when it comes to my eye health and other medical procedures I'd never pick the low bidder. (I would not buy a parachute on sale either) Anytime that I have had to make a change or get additional help after the fact, I find that would be very accommodating. I would be happy to recommend Dr Knight to anyone.
