Best and honest people took my car that I just bought to a toyota dealership I got charged for 500$ and they didn't find the problem called autoguys and tell them the issue same day they called me and told me the exact problem and didn't charge me anything the owner are so nice and they are very patient with the customer they explained everything most definitely visiting them again for my prius they are professionals and they treat people with respect I appreciate mechanics like them

One of the most straightforward repairs I’ve ever had. John was an excellent communicator and handled the repairs on my 06 Prius perfectly. Every hybrid owner should check out their services and cars for sale. They’ve earned a lifetime customer!

I bought a prius here in 2019 with 170 k it has been a great car it continues to be a strong runner I'm currently at 352434 miles I've had to do some maintenance on the car which is to be expected but overall they sold me a fantastic car at a great price and I'm going to be back in the market for a second car soon and will definitely buy another from these guys!

We are a three Prius family. Coming across Autoguys was like finding a gem on a sandy beach! Their friendly demeanor, advanced expertise, and reasonable prices set a high bar for competitors. I’ve had two high mileage Priuses towed from Madison to West Allis knowing that Warren and John can keep them running for a fair price. We also purchased a Prius from them. Their selection is limited, but everything on the lot is in excellent condition, competitively priced, and they definitely back their sales. If you’re in the market for a Prius, sales or service, they should be at the top of your list.

Stopped in to speak with Warren. After seeing their facility...ill definitely be going to them for service on both of my priuses....
Update 10/25.... brought Prius in for a noise and maintenance. Tune-up, transmission fluid changed.... professional, job done right, no complaints...will be returning next time for service.

Came back for failed emissions, Warren and John both were able to reassure me that they would be able to figure it out and they did.

100% would recommend!!
My husband is pretty handy so we do most fixes at home. But we had a break issue we weren't understanding so my husband took it in and they were able to fix it all up. They are extremely honest. They could have easily overcharged us for what we thought may have been wrong but instead they let us know that was something easier than we were expecting and were able to fix it for less. I can't stress it enough that they are HONEST. If you're looking for auto repairs from a business that still chooses integrity this is a great choice.
