the experience with this dealership was a nightmare. sold us a beautiful piece of junk and would not make good on anything. paid an extra 2600 right after purchasing and the only thing that he did was to give names of shops . I would not recommend this place. you will be sad if you do

They are getting 1 star because that wasn't a zero. I bought a car from them and two days later the engine light came on, I informed them of the problem and the salesman stated that it was the 02 censor, I tried to return the car but they said that they don't do returns. 3 days later the whole back bumper fell off, I took it back and asked if they would compensate me for the problems but was told what shop I to to get it fixed. After all of that the bill came up to $ *******. due to a bad catalytic converter and a host of other things. The dealer will not accept any calls, nor are they trying to compensate.

Average little local dealer with decent prices. Just picked up an 03 F150 in what I thought was in decent shape...My fault for not thoroughly going over it. Got it home and notice something dripping, turned out to be a busted brake line. Fixed it and while bleeding that line, another line blew. This is not on the dealer since you can't always inspect every inch of brake line, however the bed is completely rotted and barely hanging on. And now I noticed there could be a decent leak in the gas tank. Had this truck for almost a week and haven't been able to drive it yet. I love project vehicles so I'll fix it up. I get "as is" on older vehicles but this truck is borderline not road worthy or safe. On the flip side, the cab, doors and engine are in great shape and the interior is mint. Now, with all that being said, this shop is super friendly and keeps appointments for showings. Also has a different variety of vehicles. I wanted a truck and would've bought this regardless, just wasn't happy with surprises. Do your homework and know what to look for when car shopping.

Girlfriend bought a car before covid started he told us that the title and plates will be mailed and gave us temp plates time goes on and we never got them finally the temp plates expired still no paper work. Waited an extra month still nothing so I decided to call numerous times leaving a voice-mail and everything they never returned calls and I've called for the past month and a half never once answered. Needless to say ill be stopping by in the next couple days.

still haven't gotten a title and it's been a year since my girlfriend has purchased the car we called numerous times never answered or called back this is by far the worst dealership do not buy a car from them ever.

I’m sharing my experience because I don’t want anyone else making the same mistake I did. But I bought a car from here and I knew it needed minor work done 5months later the transmission went out! Don’t waste your time. He’s not a trustworthy salesmen!!

Let me start by saying that MarQ was amazing! I yahoo messaged him and he responded right away. He kept in contact with me. I went to his little car dealership for used cars, he was respectful, answered all questions (I tend to ask A LOT), and gave really good advice for my needs. I am going to back to get more vehicles and i am recommending him to everyone I know. If you are on a budget or just looking for a good deal for a good or nice vehicle... go to American Motor Group and talk to MarQ!!!

Dealership sells faulty salvage cars that break within months, cars don’t come complete with titles. Terrible customer service, nice when purchasing but if any issues arise they will completely ignore and avoid you. DO NOT buy from this dealership!
