It's just ridiculous how people misunderstand and prejudge others who comes to drop off or pick up medication. racist people calling racist police officer to the pharmacy saying someone is suspicious is so damn sad I'll never go to this Walgreens again.police hiding in the store watching black people shopping this Walgreens is one that needs to be taken away! The workers here knows exactly who they are is just stupid and sad!!!!!!!!

Save yourself your time and sanity: avoid going to this Walgreens Pharmacy. They are understaffed, overwhelmed, and as an example: it took over three weeks for them to fill a simple prescription (only to get it incorrect). They will refuse any accountability for their negative behavior, and they have routinely failed to deliver anything resembling "customer service." I'm not a hard grader. I'm a very patient and understanding person, but to be consistently shrugged off causes me to take a step back and ponder whether or not there is a subconscious and/or work-cultural bias against the LGBTQIA+ community. I could just be the one that slipped through the cracks, but judging by the 2.3 star rating, I'm beginning to doubt it.

So I’ve come to this location several times and all the clerks except for I think her name is Sally she is an older women that’s works the cashier in the front most times I’ve noticed that she doesn’t greet/speak to people of color when coming/ going from the store but other customers she speaks hold conversations with CUSTOMER SERVICE is to be given to all customers just not certain ones I stood in the aisle where the make up is for about 5 minutes just to see if it was just me she wasn’t speaking to but no this happened to several customers of color very disappointed I even spoke to her and she did not speak back so when I came there to pick up my prescription today I asked her what her name was because again as I entered the store she didn’t speak to me but spoke to other customers that were not of color just my observation

Date of visit: September 23, 2023 I needed to snag a greeting card for a birthday party as I had run out of cards at home and we were hitting up a birthday party in the area. Let me tell you, this store is hopping! There is a steady stream of customers coming in and out and the parking lot can be a bit chaotic. I don't visit this area all that often but I suspect there aren't many other options and that's what makes this such a popular spot. The store seems a bit rundown, both outside and inside, and could use a substantial refresh. There are shelves that are empty and others that have random items placed in them. They also could use more staff to move the line faster.

I’ve had the most unbelievable experience here a week and a half ago. The pharmacist, tall, older, white guy with glasses with the brown reddish hair called the police on me sitting in my car. He would not give me my medication in the drive thru. I had my ID, address and what ever else they could ask for. For some reason this particular pharmacist is always rude and has an issue of some sort. He demanded that I come in even after telling him my leg had a brace on it. He then replied, “Well get someone else to do it.” Still at this very moment I don’t know what his problem was because he would not answer when I asked him the issue. He did tell the police I have several people pick up my medication just to get me out the drive through. That’s a total lie but even if it was the truth what would’ve been the issue with that? I have been reaching out to their corporate office AND the district office but have yet to receive a call back. I spoke to 3 customer service reps at this point. I’m starting to believe it isn’t just me after reading the reviews. They will get it when it hit their bottom line numbers I guess. I don’t want to say what I really think this pharmacist real issue is but I’m starting to believe the corporate office is comfortable with his behavior.

Quality of service has fallen off. Prescription called in at 9am not available until 3pm. Was hung up over the phone two times. Ibefore

I swear I do not understand why they always understocked and it takes so long for drive thru pharmacy like why would someone be in line for 30 minutes for one person. Smh

Time to find a new pharmacy! We were unable to pick up 5 out of the last 6 prescriptions at this store, because the pharmacy was closed. I don't have time to constantly follow up on prescriptions and hope the pharmacy is open during regular scheduled hours. This pharmacy is unreliable.

Came to this location fir passport pictures after stopping at the location on State St and was told to come after 3pm cause on Sunday they're too busy. This location on Center St was to open at 9am. Several people and myself (i stayed in my car) waited till 9:10 and the store was still not open. Even 2 employees were waiting outside unable to go in. After 10 mins waiting, I left not to return again. Very dissapointed!

The pharmacy good. Lady that usually works the front counter, good. But the walgreens rewards always seems to not calculate right ( be careful) and men's bathroom always filthy. Poop always on toilet, stinks,etc. Sorry, nasty situation

I've neen waiting 9 days for a simple sleeping pill. Obviously when you NEED a sleeping pill you need it. 9 days later and when I finally spoke to someone (a 30 minute wait) they said they would have it today. They do not. They also are not releasing the script to another pharmacy.

NEVER SEND IN FILM TO THIS STORE. I sent my film canister around my birthday on June 18th and I STILL HAVENT GOT THE PHOTOS BACK… when I check the first week I got the “photos” back they were just a reprint of another film canister I brought in there. It’s been about 1 1/2 to 2 weeks since that incident has happened and they still haven’t developed my film.

Drive through wait time is too long every time I go weekday or weekend it is ridiculous.
