Possibly the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. I only gave it a 1 star rating due to the front desk being super friendly and actually responding to the issue promptly. Stayed for 2 nights and as soon as I saw the lobby, I felt I had a good feeling as it seemed modern and a nice clean hotel. I was greatly mistaken once I got to my room. Everything in the room was an issue. To the stained curtains and stains on the bed sheets to later finding bed bugs on the bed on my second night. I called the front desk so they could at least accommodate me to another room as I was just about close to just leaving and sleeping in my car at that point. The man who came up to the room to check on the bed bug issue really confused me as I had asked to confirm if it was a bed bug and it seemed he didn’t even know if it was a bed bug or not, which I did indeed confirm it was. Do not waste your time coming to this hotel. All the reviews are correct in that it is very rundown, dirty, and desperately needs a remodel if they want to keep this place open. Not worth the rates they have the rooms at and no extra amenities you get at other hotels for cheaper. Highly regret staying and look elsewhere if you’re needing a hotel in Wauwatosa.

It was good that the hotel offered complimentary parking. The cost of staying is also affordable. Although I had booked a room with two queen beds because we are a family of four, I felt sad I was told that they only have one king bed with a couch bed when we checked-in.

I stayed here when visiting for a funeral. The staff were phenomenal and warm. If you book your stay here, you WILL be in great hands. Rooms were clean and my family had an amazing time during our stay. There’s plenty of lounge space in the front, as well as a patio if you want to hang out downstairs.

I was in town for a funeral and they went above and beyond! They were kind and the customer service was great very accommodating!! Made for a great stay and they had a nice meeting room that allowed the family to gather comfortably. The restaurant was great the food was very good had the wings. Great location minutes from the farmers market!

We were there to lay my little cousin Talise to rest. The hotel staff was very kind and accommodating. The hotel was clean and comfortable. Will definitely stay here next trip to Wisconsin.

Room was nice. However, there was no chair for the desk and the television wouldn't work. Ice machine on this floor wouldn't work either.

I frequent this hotel quite often for work and just wanted to say it is operated by some of the friendliest staff you could hope for. And it’s not just one or two, like everyone, it’s just a vibe. Coming from someone who has stayed at many, many, hotels.

Sad and Awful, no fridge, no microwave, no room service, they did have bugs though in the bed and dirt on the nightstand and behind the dresser and the white chair was yellow with other indescribable stains non it and the dark orange and brown old chair in the corner - had stains on it and no one wanted to sit on it. I’m just getting started- the coffee maker- was an old generic version of a keurig- it was OLD- it didn’t work- got a cup of coffee after 10 minutes of dripping slowly! holy moly —-4 people in the room and no where to sit. The pool was gross and the hot tub was not on- out of service and very dimly lit in the pool area- some of the lights did not work in the room we stayed in either- very dark and depressing. Now for the breakfast we had to pay for $12.00 each- we got down there at 9am breakfast was server til 10am- there were no plates - some dirty ones left. All of the food was crusty and cold- there was cold scrambled eggs and hard crusty French toast sticks one piece of bread some undercooked cold bacon and no one ate it because it was gross, really very few beverages left. Terrible dirty tables with dirty plates all over them. There were no employees in sight- one girl at the front desk that said she didn’t know who or where anyone was as far as the kitchen goes. That should tell you the communication sucks and so does the staff then and they are probably paid close to nothing to care this way when it comes to where they work.
Noteworthy details: There is nothing around there- no restaurants you are stranded .

This is a place I would not recommend to anyone. Stayed one night, checked in before heading to brewer game and check in took 30mins they couldn’t figure out my reservation at all. It took them until 3:20pm to finally check us in and I showed up at 2:40pm.. so sadly tailgating went out of the books. But room wasn’t bad, barely any condiments for coffee or really any coffee, there market place area had barely any food in it. There buffet I wouldn’t pay 12.00 to eat there for backs breakfast that I can get free at another hotel. Staff was decent but they look like they hated there jobs. I would pay more and go some where I can get more breakfast, buffet is just sausage, eggs and bacon with some potatoes. That is it. No bread, no bagels, no cereal nothing. Orange juice was dark orange tasted a bit weird.

The front desk was nice and the lobby looks very nice. But once you get into the room it smells, there are no amenities including mini fridge, microwave, sink, they tell us beforehand that cleaning service is limited. The rooms themselves look very dingy. I dont usually write hotel reviews but I regret purchasing this room and think the rating should be lower until they do renovations to the accomodations. Stayed for 3 nights, Loved the area that the hotel was in, but couple things that I did not love.
1. We booked this for the Hot Tub, but when we put our swim suits on and went down to the pool, the Hot Tub was out of order, and looked like was out of order for a while based on the sign that was up.
2. We were told we would only get housekeeping if we requested before 11am. Perfect so we went down at 9am the second day of our trip requesting housekeeping for more towels. We got back and of course our room was not clean nor did we have new towels.
3. Went to turn the TV on in the room, and everything was unplugged. I had to figure out how to connect the cable box to the TV and what of the 7 cords to plug in where. Then had to go to settings to change input and finally after 2 hours of it booting up I got it to work.

Best people I’ve encountered in awhile from check in, stay, and check out. Friendly, nice, welcoming, all the adjectives! Only place I’m staying from here on out when I come to the city!
