“Great experience working with Chelsa and Aaron over the weekend. They did a great job finding me exactly what I was looking for in a new bike a Burley and a bike rack. Another sales rep, can't remember his name, think it was another Aaron, helped show me how to get the new bike rack setup. Prompt service, every consultative and very friendly. Store was very clean and well laid out. Taking Covid precautions very seriously with distancing, only allowing 10 customers in the store at a time and all employees wearing masks. Nice job all the way around.”

“I tried Emery’s for the first time and had the comprehensive tune-up. They did an excellent job! My Trek is 20 years old and gets lots of miles. I typically get it tuned up every two years. They did an excellent job! Lucky for the unseasonably warm weather I was able to take 2 long bike rides to test it out. The bike rides like it is brand new! The gear shifting was incredibly smooth and the both rides were wonderful. The people I dealt with were very knowledgeable and great to deal with. I highly recommend Emery’s for your biking needs.”

“I've been patronizing this shop for maybe 15+ years and wouldn't go anywhere else. Great sales help (especially Paul), well managed and efficient service. In fact even though I now live in New Mexico I still take advantage of their advice and parts and even tried to have them ship a new bike, but it's not allowed by Trek. I've been to 4 bike shops in NM and only the Trek owner store in Albuquerque is as good.”

“All the staff members were helpful. Marissa helped us with our purchase. We went into the store and Marissa came and showed us where the different bike types would be located. After looking for a bit, we wanted to see a particular bike and Marissa helped us get them down from the rack. She then informed us of the free test rides and we set off on our way to test the bikes outside.
After coming back from the test ride, we said we liked them and Marissa immediately set the bikes aside from us. She was also helpful in getting the accessories we needed along with the bikes. After paying, we were told the bikes would be ready in 24-48 hours.
The next day, our bikes were ready. There was a manufacturer issue with one of the bikes which meant they couldn't attach a piece we wanted. However, Marissa was able to get us the exact same bike at another Erik's location nearby. We also had an issue with one of the accessories we bought the day before and Marissa had us exchange that with no hassle.
Overall, we had a positive experience. Marissa was great to work with and really guided us through what we needed. Erik's had a good selection of accessories as well so we didn't have to go elsewhere for those. The secondary Erik's location on North Ave was also very helpful!”

You can purchase new and used bikes here. I personally go here for bike repairs, tune ups, free air pump, and tire swaps.
