I was looking for a realtor to sell my childhood home in Wauwatosa on behalf of my 90-year-old mom who moved into assisted living. We preferred to work with someone unknown to us, in case something went haywire or unexpected along the way. Instead we made a new friend! Beth was a godsend! She is easy-going, flexible, smart, enjoyable, friendly and most of all SHE KNOWS HER STUFF! Everything she told me would happen, happened -- we received SEVEN offers the first weekend the house went on the market, accepted offer $21,000 OVER asking on that Monday and closed within just a few weeks. Beth took care of ALL the details including providing reasonably priced referrals for any work that needed to be done -- i.e. furniture removal, landscaping, basement repair, etc. -- and personally shoveling snow for access! All the while putting my mind at ease. Stop looking further and hire Beth -- you won't be disappointed.

Beth is, quite simply, the best. We had to sell my Dad’s condo that he lived in for 40 years. I researched who was not just the best agent in the area of his condo, but who seemed to have the best network and people skills. We were not disappointed. Beth not only made the selling experience pleasant, but her network, and everyone’s collective responsiveness, allowed a dated condo to be updated with repairs & updates, carpeting, painting, cleaning & staging in just a month. Condo looked great and sold above asking price in a matter of days!

Highly recommend Beth! We are first time home buyers and she walked us through the entire process (as many times as I asked), provided insights that my husband nor I would have ever considered. She was happy to explain anything and everything, and show a wide range of homes - like every style that exists. She responded extremely fast to all my questions via email and text, which is SO helpful and had excellent business recommendations for things we needed. Beth is incredible! She made the process of buying a house so easy and enjoyable. It was always so nice to see her and talk with her. She is not only friendly but knowledgeable as well. Beth really knows her stuff and she knows a lot of people in the business that know their stuff too. She is someone that we felt like we could trust and it felt like she really listened to us. I cannot say enough good things about her. We were happy to find a home but sad that we weren’t going to have to work with Beth anymore.

Beth did an exceptional job to sell this property. Because the house was an older home we had to do some updates on the home. I could not have completed the necessary tasks without Beth's constant assistance and her network of excellent contractors. If I had not chosen Beth the house would be still on the market. Not only is Beth a consummate leader in real estate she has a great personality and is very easy to work with. She found a solution for every challenge in this project.

My experience with Beth Jaworski has been absolutely positive. Having learned of her through a newspaper article, I sent her a very short note on a Sunday, inquiring about her services. I got a response the very same day. When I ran into a few obstacles, she would handle them charm and would direct me to knowledgeable vendors who had a sense of urgency about them. At one point when I was feeling like things were not going to work, she kept my spirits up and forged ahead. She is very easy to communicate with, whether by email, text or phone. She always has a smile in her voice, because as she stated herself, she loves what she does. She is every bit of a 5 star person as well as a realtor. I would recommend her to anyone who is considering buying or selling. This lady knows her stuff! And lastly, she has a good sense of humor which I consider an important asset as well.
