This place is not only a cosmetic supply store but also a nice hair salon too. My son Ian is really picky about who cuts his hair, but he was really excited about this place. We will most likely be back to visit.

Two weeks ago I visited the Ulta store and had very, very good experience withkie. She attended to me very well, was patient, and it's the second time I've gone to her. Whatever she recommends is very good. Thank you very much Nikkie for attending to the customer so well. She also did my makeup and it looked spectacular. I highly recommend her 100% for her service. Thank you Nikkie.Some specific qualities or attributes that made Nikkie's customer memorable may include:1. My stylist was amazing and I was really happy with my hair, but after my appointment I was looking for foundation and an employee insisted I needed to go get my eyebrows done. Yes, I did, but that's not what I asked you for and it came across as incredibly rude and kind of aggressive.

i am extremely dissatisfied with the quality of the stylist i had, paris. i asked for a like brown tone and i have had highlights before but i wanted a full brown, instead she just toned my highlights darker and it was nothing like i wanted. she tried saying it looked like the picture and it may be because it was still wet, yet after it was done drying it was still dark blackish and i asked if we could go lighter she said i’d have to book another appointment, i don’t understand why i went there if i wasn’t gonna get what i had wanted in the first place. definitely will not be going to ulta for any further hair appointments.

Do NOT have Paris wax your eyebrows!!! I told her to just lightly touch them up and she took so much off with no shape!!!! she did a terrible job. when she gave me a mirror to look at them I told her she took off way too much and all she said was "ok" and then proceeded to hand me the slip to go pay for them. helping a girl out, don't let her touch your brows.

I needed help choosing the right color of concealer. Honey was so helpful and kind! She is young and beautiful and did not make me feel old or outdated. She was a breath of fresh air!

Alejandra knows her stuff (and when she didn’t she knew to all the best person who would. She helped me find something to improve the dark circles under my eyes, find a better makeup remover and more. Not every member was as helpful as her so she deserves a shout out! Thanks again!!

Literally the worst store I’ve ever been in. The employees can’t even process a split payment this is my second time coming here and they’ve charged my debit card twice and I’ve left the store with nothing.

I went in for a hair cut. I needed my dead ends cut off. The hair stylist showed me where the length would be (about 4 inches off). After cutting my hair dry, she washed it, then she trimmed more. My right side was noticeable shorter than my left, she had so go back trim my left. What was only suppose to be a 4 inch trim was a 7-8 inch mistake. She then proceeded to tell me “this is why you need to come in for regular hair cuts so so much isn’t needed to be cut off”. I’ve never in my life had this problem and never had my hair cut this short.
