“I spoke directly with Tom on the phone at Ryder made the reservation told him I'd be there at 7:00 a.m. to pick the truck up when I pulled up at 5 minutes to 7:00 the truck was running warmed up ready to go Tom had the rental agreement I was in and out in minutes excellent experience”

She was so nice and extremely helpful with accommodating me and answered any questions or concerns I may have had.
