As a whole this place is great. The last time I was there I had a bad experience but this was the first time. The glasses I ordered came in way too small. I had the gentleman adjust them several times but it seemed like her wasn't doing anything and then he started to get upset and irritated so I gave up. I haven't worn my glasses yet.

Ive been going to Ahopko Optical in Wausau for 15 years seeing Dr. Busisiwe VanDriel. She makes me laugh the whole time and is so so good at her job. Thank you as always!

The optometrist was one of the peppiest people I've ever met. The service was good and the guy who helped me with my purchase explained everything and helped me to get the best deal I could with my insurance. I am very satisfied.

Having just moved to the area, I was very pleased with the service compared to all past services from our previous location. I feel that a good mix of time, professionalism, objectivity, and honest opinion all came into play when handing my needs. They were very accommodating. I highly recommend them.

They are reasonably priced. I wish they had more frames to choose from that had clip on sunglasses. I was disappointed that the trial contacts I tried didn’t fully correct my vision, but I do have bad astigmatism.

How would I leave more than 5 stars! This place was absolutely amazing with us today! They literally went above and beyond in order to help us and meet our needs. I didn't catch the name of the person who helped us, but it may have been Heidi? She the receptionist with black hair literally bent over backwards in order to make my daughters glasses work, she didn't have to, but did. I honestly cannot thank her enough. Even with insurance being a total pain she really tried to take the best care possible of us, plus now my daughter can see! We are from Stevens Point, but made the trip to Wausau because of an earlier appointment. Honestly, we may just keep coming back to Wausau though because of the excellent time and care we received! Everyone in the office worked incredibly hard, but the receptionist made a great day out of a day that could of went horribly wrong! Thank you so much!

My kids first day here at the eye clinic and everyone is very kind and helpful including the doctor. Very professional and they done a great job. Can't ask for anything better. Thank you everyone at Shopko Optical!

Way over priced on glasses. Was told on phone apron. The cost, once there I was told it would be 400.00 more. Not good. The eye Dr was very good. The rest of the experience was really bad
