Ken and his team were the greatest. They helped to correct the bad job done by another mechanic. They took pictures of the mistakes,explained all areas of need..They went the extra mile to make sure my jeep was safe to travel my round trip to work. . I would recommend them to all. Great service ,polite and patient in explaining.. I did not feel like I was lost in repairs knew what and why. Thank you and I will definately be back.

Been putting with a noise under the car for to long, made an appointment to drop it off and after arriving and describing the noise, the guy said going ahead and pull it right now as it may be a simple fix, he put it up on the rack, bent in some of the heat shield that was the issue then wouldn't let us give him anything. Very much appreciated this kind of customer service, it's obvious to me they certainly can be trusted to do the right thing! Kudos!

I would NEVER recommended to go here. This place is beyond UNPROFESSIONAL. They charged us for work we never authorized. We never heard updates on the vehicle unless we called. We were blindsided when we finally got to pick up the vehicle and it was hundreds more than the estimate. We got the vehicle back with damage and they refuse to take ANY resposibility. Save yourself the nightmare and go somewhere else.

Upon arrival for my oil change I was greated by a couple nice guys so it seemed like a great place to be. After a hour I was confronted by the owner or manager ken whoever he was who clearly has no since of customer service because his attitude and lack of kind words is outstanding. Anyways he tells me my lug nut was previously twarked to hard and is broken off and needs replacing. I asked how much and he said he would get back to me. I asked to take a picture so I could ask my aunt if I should pay for it to be fixed. After proceeding to go out to the shop for a picture he said to me. Now if you can hurry it up because if your not getting it fixed I want to get the car the hell out of my shop because it's taking up a space. That was only 1 of the crazy things said to me, I was shaking so bad. I couldn't believe I came here and was stuck for 2 1/2 hours. Midas was such a nice place on the opposite side of Grand Ave what happened? I will NEVER return!!!! I feel bad for his employees!!!

I’ve never been personally, but who would want to after finding the OWNER of this establishment threatening a political figure?? How you are still even franchised by Midas is beyond me. But I will say one thing, I have reached out to the proper party in regards to your store, your mannerism, and your professionalism. Based on reviews FOR YEARS, you haven’t had good professionalism since you’ve been running as Advanced Auto. Save yourself the trouble of a hot head, entitled, I can do anything bc nothing can be done to me person and go with your own LOCAL mechanic. Clearly KEN is a sh*t person
