I called Mid-State Truck because I had an issue with my MH and was half way across the country from home. Nick Rindt was so kind on the phone and had us bring it right in . They took care of the problem and had us on our way in less than 3 hours! Everyone we encountered was friendly and kind! They had a great customer waiting area that was quiet with plenty of snacks, coffee, water and comfortable chairs. The whole place was immaculate! I'd recommend Mid-State Truck in Wausau, WI for any service needs for our RV'ing friends!

Cole from Mid State service department is always on top of it as is the whole crew. I worked with all of them a lot before starting my company and we will always continue to use them for every type of service on our trucks. They have worked us onto their busy schedule every time just to make sure we can continue our work and make some money the next day. Would give them over 5 stars if I could.

Saved my arse!!! What are the chances that the truck I was driving starting losing air pressure 3 miles from their facility. I got turned around, went to the shop(with less than an hour till they close mind you) and they jumped on it with absolute precision and got 4 items fixed,and even steam cleaned the truck to get all the antifreeze off the underside so I wouldn't have to deal with it the rest of the way back! I am very pleased with the service, the surprisingly reasonable price and great attitude of all the people that I dealt with. My only regret is that they are not closer so that we could use them all the time! Absolutely incredible experience that could have easily turned into a huge clusterf@*k, saved by these knowledgeable and talented people! Thanks again so very much!

Please do not stop by this shop unless you have a written statement from the guys in the shop. The manager come out and tells me they will charge me 50 dollars to put a airline on my truck, they brought me a invoice for 175 dollars. When I asked him about it he tells me the guy ran into a problem. I was standing right on side him as he took a wrench and took the lines apart and put them back on. The guy done the work said he had no problems. They still charged me 75 dollars in labor instead of the 50 he told me. I will not return to this shop. They will try to rob you here. The shop manager that gave me the quote name was brian I believe

I had a problem with windshield wipers that that wouldn't work. In and out in minutes. Good company from top to the wrench turners. That means a lot for a driver when you are already behind schedule. Thank you MSTS Wausau.
