Wow, it sounds like the DMV and DNR locations are both very convenient! The ability to quickly receive services and go to a neighboring location to get a hunting or fishing license is definitely a perk. Having easy access to both services is a great feature of these locations. It's also good to know that they have friendly and helpful employees who can guide you through the process of receiving the desired services.It's always important to have fast and friendly service at these types of locations, which can make the experience much more convenient and pleasant for customers.

Wow! I always put off renewal of my CDL to the last possible minute because of bad experiences at the DMV. This location has completely turned the corner on service and customer experience. Friendly, helpful and flexible have NEVER been terms used before in reference to this location but they have really nailed it... even when all of my "papers were not in order "

Exceptionally good customer service at the front desk as well as window three. The lady at window 3 on 10/24 went above and beyond to make sure I understood what I needed, and to make sure I was promptly waited on.

There is absolutely no common sense used here. Every time it’s a battle to just get something so simple done. County changes streets and addresses but DMV doesn’t recognize the address. There should be a cognitive test for employment.

Forms easy to find and fill out...lady at the front counter was very helpful and professional. Back counter lady was the same. Easy in and out!

Fast friendly service, if you're going for your license renewal, don't forget your real ID and check the requirements. You'll need a birth certificate or a current passport

So....My son needed to get his Michigan license changed over to Wisconsin. The woman gave me a list of approved documents. We went there with three of the approved documents, showed her two of them and she insisted we did not have the appropriate documents. I told her we did. And showed her the document SHE HANDED ME AFTER HIGHLIGHTING THE APPROVED DOCUMENTS less than two hours earlier that same day. Fortunately my son had gotten a 3rd document and she accepted that one. She was going to deny us even though she told us what to do. I asked her if she remembered that we were in there less than two hours earlier and she ignored us. It was a moment of trying to teach my son this is what government is like. But not all DMV's are like this. I have been able to find better ones in the area.

Got pulled over last night and the cop said there was no vehicle attached to my license plate and to call the DMV. Worst experience of my life. First, the customer service is nonexistent. I was transferred to 4 different people in order to fix this. The first 3 people were very quick to blame me and I had to argue with them and they didn’t even listen to what I had to say, and I hate being that person to argue with workers but I had to today. They kept interrupting me and kept on blaming me. The 4th person I talked to was named Katie. She was nice and actually listened and helped. I didn’t have to argue with her thank god. She told me what to do and to fill out a form online. She said it wouldn’t cost me anything. Finish the form and it’s $112.20. What is this DMV? Don’t you guys care that your clients are spending money they probably don’t even have? I have never had a good experience with the DMV but today really tops the cake. Fire your rude workers and employ new ones who actually care about the community. I shouldn’t have to talk to 4 different people just to fix something I didn’t even know happened. There were some things that I accidentally did when I transferred plates the first time but I didn’t even know I did it. I know I’m not the first or last one to be treated this poorly.

Said 2 pieces of mail, I brought envelope with my address and wasn't good enough. Lyft home and back, said I needed a notarized copy of an old name change even though I had up-to-date notarized one, after the front desk said it was ok. They whispered for 5 minutes, said I had to go home and get it. I then had to yell at them, then they whispered more in back, came back rude, said "I'm GOING TO HELP YOU" while interuppting me and finally gave me ID, I said "Thanks have a nice day" and ignored me. GREAT SERVICE GUYS. GLAD FRONT END AND BACKEND ARE ALL ON THE SAME PAGE AND UR SO NICE AND PROFESSIONAL AND POLITE THANKS JACKOFFS
