Stay away from this trap, they don't deserve one star. I purchased 60 month CD's 5 years ago, now to get my money out I have to CALL them, then pay them $10 for an outgoing ACH transfer. This is BUSH LEAGUE!

Absolutely THE WORST financial institution I've EVER dealt with.I wish Heritage would have stuck around.Connexus has been nothing but a headache since they took over.You can't calol your local branch directly.There is no real customer service and they will screw you every chance they have.Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else!

Chad Baumgardt was Very rude and unprofessional in our interaction. As a real estate investor in the area I would suggest looking elsewhere for financing options. I will certainly be letting all my friends know.

Opening a new account was easy. I learned a lot about what credit unions can do for their members. Connexus invests primarily in our Wisconsin and I like that my money stays where I live. Plus they have a machine in the lobby to count and deposit all my spare change.
