UPDATE: The lovely Ivette reached out to me and explained that the first 99$ was a temporary hold and the charges for the correct amounts (55 and 44) will reflect once items have been shifted to a “delivered” status. Had someone taken the time to explain this and not pushed us from person to person for hours it would’ve made sense to us. This store needs to work on there customer first approach rather than pushing them off. Thank you Ivette because of you and your dedication

I recommend THIS att store! Over the past week I’ve had a terrible time trying to get someone who knows correct information about the deals, promotions and all of it!! Very inconsistent between what stores and on phone reps tell u! I drove 1.5 hrs for an appt to the Rhinelander store To find that they decided to close for the day

I wanted to give Tony Pollard a HUGE shout out on here and he better be recognize by management or whoever would be higher up. They need to know how truly amazing this guy was in helping me out today. He spent hours with me in store today to fix my account, and regaining cellular network on both my phone and watch I recently purchased. Before him, I spent all day, the day before dealing with att customer service which ultimately wasn’t fixed over the phone. Which was so frustrating! Tony immediately took action and was EXTREMELY patient through this very long process. He took his time and explained everything to me what was wrong, and what he did to fix it. I highly recommend him if you can get service from him. I understand it’s based on who’s available in store. But if you get the opportunity for him to assist you, you are in excellent hands! Thank you so much again Tony!

My daughter decided to upgrade phone. In the process Gabe scratched the new phone. Tony the manager did not want to help, sent us to loyalty AT&T. We called and they said store was responsible. We went back, they finally got out a new phone. Tony said he should charge us a restock fee for $55. Excuse me, you AT&T scratched an $1100 phone. Tony claimed he could not credit me any dollars after wasting 6 hours of time. Unbelievable that the manager of the store blank face lies to your face. I called AT&T loyalty and they explained the manager, aka Tony could credit us for our time. After 15 years of being a customer that is how I get treated. Will find a new AT&T store or maybe a new carrier you cares about customer and not just sales.

My son and I only went here for an upgrade. The door greeter/name taker was fine, but the entire time there was a person just wandering around doing nothing at all. 3 people were assisting customers. I don't really understand how 1 person can walk around, and never assist someone or at the very least get them started. I was first on the board, with 4 people behind me. I wonder how long they had to wait around. The person wandering around I would assume was some sort of manager. Horrible service when 5 people are waiting around for assistance. Seems very inefficient to me. Perhaps the Schofield location is better managed. Doubtful, but perhaps.
