Great knowledge and customer service. Brought in an older crossbow to get re strung to a competitor (Archery 45) and was told they couldn't help me unless I figured out what they needed to fix it. Didn't take the guys but 5 mins to do the research at the Minnow Bucket LLC, and had me out the door in less than 30 mins.

Exceptional service. I live in the Milwaukee area, and have been hunting in Northern Waupaca County for over 40 years. Had never heard of Minnow Bucket until looking for a local service center. My In-laws live in Wild Rose where I had been sighting in my crossbow. Bought a crossbow online 8 months ago (never again). Server string broke. Took bow to Minnow Bucket for repair. Replaced server and damaged cables. After picking up repaired bow I put 11 shots thru it. The bow was perfectly tuned and zeroed at 20 yards. 12th shot...server snapped! I took the bow back to Minnow Bucket. After discussing the issue, the guys at Minnow Bucket went out of their way to recommend a replacement, and offer a more than fair trade price on the faulty bow. After zeroing the new bow at 20yds, I've taken 60+ shots, it's dead center at 20, 30, and 40 yds. No signs of server wear or anything else unusual.. Awesome experience. Will forever be a customer!

Great customer service, was very welcoming during our visit. Update! I managed to catch the Pike I was going for with the equipment from their shop. The set up they help me with works great!

Guy here was downright rude. Went to get draw length measured and it was just such a chore for this guy I guess. Felt like I was asking a child to clean up a mess, just whiny and sighing all the time. 10/10 wouldn't recommend. There are much friendly, more helpful places to go.

I was introduced to the minnow bucket from a friend and someone who I know and trust to be an authority on solid archery knowledge and set-ups. I've been there a few times since and have never had a bad experience. So since I felt I could trust the place I sent my employee to get his draw length measured because our company is going to get him a bow (New to archery). First day he went, an employee of the store told him that the guy who knows how to do that isn't here and to come back tomorrow. My employee went back the next day and was told the guy was in the back. Apparently that guy-whom I know to be the owner-then proceeded to act as though having someone in his store was an inconvenience to him, and asked my employee why he doesn't know how to measure his own draw length (which apparently half his staff doesn't know how to do either) and was very rude throughout the process. Had my employee not been working in the industry I'm sure this would have deterred him from continuing down his interest in Archery. So even though I've had good experiences at this shop personally, I'm very disappointed that they would make anyone-but especially someone new to the sport-feel stupid for not knowing how to do something. My personal business and my companies will have to go elsewhere from now on.
