I have no used their services but when I called to inquire about a repair the gentleman that I spoke with was super friendly. He also helped my mother and stepfather out on some of their vehicles and they stand behind the work they do. If you’re looking for a good old fashioned hard working mechanic then this is the place to go. I know I will be using their services in the future based off how they treated my parents and how he helped me out over the phone by being brutally honest which is a rare thing these days. Thank you 3D Auto and I look forward to working with you in the future.

I went here for the first time a couple of years ago when I had engine trouble on a road trip. I was in a real bind (of course it was on a Friday on a holiday weekend) and I didn't have many options for getting home. My sister had remembered a Facebook posting raving how good this place was, so I read more reviews and took a chance. I am so glad I did! All the great reviews are worth it. Ted took pity on us (probably more on my cute dog) and squeezed us in even though he was already super busy. I've been here a couple more times since and have been very pleased with his work. I recently had issues with my starter. There was a problem with the part and he went above and beyond to get it fixed. There's a reason he has a good reputation. He has been professional and treated me with respect (not talked down to me or acted like I was an idiot), which as a middle-aged woman I don't always get with mechanics. He has become my go-to guy and I don't want to take my old, high mileage car (or butt) anywhere else.

3D auto will treat you fair 100% of the time. Even talked me out of some repairs I thought I wanted to do simply because the vehicle wasn't ready for those things to be fixed. I cannot recommend enough. Great to have this local, veteran owned and operated service shop right in Waupaca.

Called this morning to see if they can fix a leak, "they said to bring it down and we will sneak this in", they had it fixed and done in less that 2 hours. Reasonable rates! Definitely coming back! Thank you

Got spark plugs replaced to address a misfire issue, didnt get the usual run around that a lot of other shops give ya. These guys don't BS about anything. Was going to have this place do an oil change and rotate tires and balance tires, thought it would be done the same day and it wasnt so i informed them that id be coming back to pick up my vehicle. The next day i drove my car to work only to find that they had removed/loosened my oil plug!!! Do not have work done by this place!!!!!!
