Four stars is for the variety and the prices, mostly. The biggest gripe I have is why do the cashiers and bag people always seem uninterested in learning their job and doing it with efficiency? If they are obviously training they almost always act like they haven't been trained at all. I thought the employee owned made it so everyone cared to do a good job.The self checkout never work properly so they are NOT an option

The basic wash is okay, nothing spectacular. It gets the job done.I've learned my lesson choosing the deluxe or ultimate wash. My car was left with a grey film covering the doors, which required an additional wash to remove.The panel used to enter the codes is always disgusting. You have to cover your finger with a tissue to press the numbers. There's literally layers of dirt caked on there. Ewwww.

I often shop at Woodman's and have never had a negative experience until Friday 4/14/23. I went to the self checkout lane and out of habit kept removing the bagged items and putting them in my cart, only to have to put them back to continue checking out. Once I was complete and before I paid, I grabbed all of by bags and put them in my cart again, then attempted to pay, needless to say, it would not allow me to pay. When I flagged down the cashier, she told me to put my bags back on the register and walked away. I then asked her to just clear it so that I can pay, she replied with "Are you going to do it correctly next time"? I asked to speak to the manager, when the manager approached, I tried to explain to her what transpired, she didn't care and told me that it was my choice if I ever wanted to come back to the store. I replied with your damn right it is and she walked away. Once I finished paying and started walking out, she hit me up with the "Have a nice day sir". We all know that was meant to try and provoke me, but I ignored and walked away. Needless to say, I had planned to go over to the other side and spend a couple of hundred dollars, but decided to give Total Wine my business instead! What a shame!

Its a cheap carwash but its really slow. Takes forever. There is no way to get out once you are in specially if there are cars behind you. I paid when i was filling up gas and had to wait an eternity. Very dissapointed. Needs an upgrade to make it faster. I will not buy a car wash again until this get fix.

I'm on the fence with this one folks...(probably more of a 3.5)On the one hand--the store it huge. They have their own separate(ish) adjacent liquor store which appeared to have a large selection. Their prices are great. The selection is wonderful. On the other hand, the layout feels a little chaotic and I feel like it always takes longer to find what I want than it should. Their baked goods section is really limited. And, their bags at self checkout are insanely hard to get open to add your groceries (I looked around, we weren't the only ones struggling with this).The best way to navigate is to shop the perimeter and then head down the center aisle (parallel to the storefront). You can see what's in the aisles closer to the front as well as the back and the aisles are all well labeled. If you don't mind bagging your own groceries and maybe a little chaos--their prices are great and selection and variety is pretty awesome (a full aisle on both sides of cheese, alone). Get to it!
