This place is useless, customer services is terrible I went here twice and i have no one able to deal with the situation. They cant help to set up account apps. Second I have bought a phone and 5 line literally 2 months ago with a deal $35/line and phone payments. Its been only 2 months but i been paying $65/line for 2 months straight that freakin me out. The other customers came at the same time as me they pissed off how the staff doesnt know how to deal with the situation. This made me hate Tmobile man, this bussiness is disgusting. I wish i have never use Tmobile eventho i been a loyal to Tmobile for 6 years.

I came to the store with my dad to get help in upgrading our plan and getting a new phone. McKenna was the person that helped us out and she was amazing! She walked us through everything and was super informative. She helped in transferring our phone data to the new phones as well. 100% recommend getting your questions answered here.

It was fine. The guy in the store did help me out, but T-Mobile made it inconvenient that my daughter had to make another trip before to return her phone. That’s why I took off a star.

Cody wasn't really helpful , wanted to change my line from prepaid to postpaid and just directed that "call customer service" that he can't do anything. didn't even provided any number what's so ever. I wanted to look at new iPhones and his response "its right there you can look" did not even once moved from his spot was just comfortable sitting. Its customer service and no effort whatsoever for anything so why are you behind the desk if you aren't gonna help and just slack behind the desk.

Terrible service…got a new iPhone 8 months ago, never even activated it, just pay for it every month. So frustrated…been at the store 3 times now and getting answers from them is worse than getting teeth pulled. Not one to write bad reviews but if your frustrated with T-MOBILE and need help from an actual person don’t stop at this location. Your better off sitting on hold with the call center….ugh!!!

Fantastic customer service! We stopped in 30 minutes before closing on a Thursday and Veronica was friendly and answered all of our questions. She 100% has us sold on making the switch and would have stayed to transition us if we wanted to do it that night. We decided to come back Saturday morning instead and she remembered all the things we were looking for. Super helpful and knowledgeable and was able to meet all of our needs.

We were very pleased and impressed with the service at this location. Khris, especially, is very knowledgeable, explains things well, is patient, and personable. In 2 decades of being loyal Sprint customers, I can’t recall ever being treated so professionally and feeling so respected as a customer. Thank you, Khris and Veronica!

Went in to buy new phone and checking for any deals available for long time customers. No deals unless we wanted to add lines. I feel that is so bad that they only offer deals to new customers. However the young man we worked with was excellent and very knowledgeable about the products. Ready to buy and they were all out if the phones we wanted?I was willing to order one and they were out there too. The young man kept apologizing but not his fault. Of all the Tmobile stores I've been to this is my favorite. Always friendly and so helpful.
