I highly recommend working with Ryan! I’ve been a client for a year and a half and I’ve definitely hit a majority of my goals already. Ryan works with you so you truly understand the purpose of the workout plans he provides you. Each plan is tailored to your specific goals and ability. Ryan’s workout space is private, so the gym anxiety of wandering eyes is not an issue. He truly care about each individual client.

Just want to give a quick shout out to Ryan. Working with him over half a year now has been humbling, exciting, hard, and great. He really listens to you and goes at your pace while balancing that line of pushing you to move forward with your goals.I’ve learned a LOT about myself mentally and physically. I’ve lifted as heavy as I ever have and have been crushing my body composition changes which is what I wanted from the start (to see the muscle)! And this is only the start of my journey! We are now adjusting my goals and I’m excited to have him help me with becoming a hybrid athlete.My husband now works with him also! I guess you could say we are big supporters and a full Right Body Fitness household!

I have been working with Ryan for a year. Since then I have lost weight and inches. More importantly I gained strength and confidence. When I started working with Ryan a year ago, my knees and shoulder hurt and my movement was limited. I am now pain free and more mobile and agile. Ryan is professional and dedicated to his clients. He meets you where you are and is very patient. Since working with Ryan, my mood, attitude and physical abilities have greatly improved! He is extremely knowledgeable and has a true love for what he does. I have tried a lot of weight loss programs over the years but working with Ryan is the only thing that has really made me want to change my lifestyle to achieve lifelong health through exercise and good nutrition! I have been working with Ryan for a year. Since then, I have lost weight and inches. More importantly I have gained strength and confidence. When I started working out with Ryan I had sore knees and a sore shoulder. Now that I have built strength in both of those area, I rarely have any pain and I can accomplish so much more. My stamina, mood and attitude have all improved. Ryan is professional and dedicated to his clients. He is extremely knowledgeable and genuine. He will challenge you and encourage you without making you feel like a failure if you don't quite meet all your goals! I've tried many different weight loss and work out programs throughout my life but working with Ryan is the only thing that has allowed me to want to change my life and make exercise and good nutrition a part of my every day life! I highly recommend Right Body Fitness!

Ryan is a life-changer, that's what he's done for me. He walks the walk, keeps me accountable, is compassionate yet calls me out when I need it. I was facing giving up a 25+ yr's profession & disillusioned -to now feeling confident, stronger, no more chronic pain and still at the same job! The cost is relative, changing my life is priceless! Ryan is an amazing, dedicated personal trainer. He has thought me so much in the past 6 months of working together. His knowledge and experience in both nutrition and exercise have had such an a positive impact on my journey. He is professional, hard working and does a great job at developing a plan of exercises, nutritional recommendations which fit into my lifestyle in order help me successfully reach my goals. He is all about safety, attention to details, adaptions and accountability. Each week, he develops a new plan for me which includes nutrition and exercise goals. Ryan checks in with me multiple times each week to answer questions, provide support/encouragement and to keep me accountable to myself. It is unbelievable how much stronger I am. I feel so much better.... and thanks to Ryan, I no longer have migraines!

Ryan helped me so much in a very short period of time. I thought I only needed the personal training portion, but his guidance with nutritional as well as video and email support really helped me attain my goals and then some. I have been an online client of Ryan's for about 6 months and have learned so much about nutrition, my body and my lifestyle. I was a competitive Division I athlete and currently a Division I coach so thought I had a pretty good background on nutrition and fitness. However, I learned I wasn't focusing on the important foundational aspects of my eating and fitness habits. With Ryan's help and guidance, I've lost 10 pounds and truly feel like I understand how my body works and reacts to my workouts and meals. Ryan is a mentor but also a great accountability partner which is what we all need! He's understanding of my lifestyle and is supportive when I don't have a perfect week. I am super grateful for Ryan's guidance and helping me get back on a healthy track!

I've worked with Ryan for over a year, as one of his online clients. Living in Florida, I was weary about not having someone in person to meet with and trying the online gig. I couldn't be happier with the progress I have made and the coaching I have received. 1200 miles apart and Ryan still makes me feel like he is right down the road. Ryan is supportive and down to earth. He recognizes and empathizes with the daily struggles that all humans deal with. When we set goals each week, he takes into account my goals, my lifestyle, and my "wants". I could not ask for a better coach to guide me!

I was a mediocre female athlete in high school. As an adult, I worked out occasionally, slowly jogging through my neighborhood. But I was never happy with my body or how clothes looked or felt. I allowed myself to gain weight and in my early thirties, I hit my heaviest: 170 pounds on my 5″6″ frame. That's when I received an email from the Waukesha Chamber of Commerce promoting their weight loss challenge and one of the trainers running the challenge. I signed up and nervously walked into my first meeting with Ryan Bloor at Right Body Fitness. Instantly, Ryan's demeanor made me comfortable. Our first meeting (like all of the ones that would follow it) was easy and painless. Ryan was encouraging, realistic and optimistic. He assured me he was there to help me reach my goals through accountability and a plan. I was so pleased with my results after the six week weight loss challenge (I lost 7.4 pounds and 7 inches), that I signed up for small group training with Ryan. A girlfriend and I met with Ryan weekly. Over the next two years, Ryan's consistency, positivity and attention to detail have been essential in my journey. Each week, Ryan customized daily plans that fit my goals, equipment and available time. He did the same for the girlfriend I trained with. As my goals or home gym changed, Ryan's plans also changed. And, as my body changed, Ryan pushed me to set new goals My 5K run times fell by minutes. My scale weight dropped. I gained muscle and strength. Things I once struggled with (carrying water softener salt to the basement or hauling dog food from the store to my car) were no longer a challenge. And, for the first time in my life, I was able to do a pull up. Achieving that goal was a huge milestone, but Ryan knew my body could do more. He continued to build my work capacity and strength until I was doing weighted chin ups and wide grip pull ups! Things I never believed were possible for my body are now easy! Ryan has transformed the way I think about not only food, but also my body and myself. His coaching has allowed me to be the person I want to be, both inside and out. He is responsive and he genuinely wants me to reach the goals I've set for myself. Ryan makes me feel like I am his only client. He encourages me to share my daily progress with him and he is there for me, every step of the way. He is detailed-oriented and keeps meticulous records. In addition to fitness coaching, his nutritional coaching has been paramount in the progress I've made. His nutrition and exercise plans have allowed me to slowly introduce changes that have been sustainable for two plus years. What I am continually impressed with is how Ryan keeps safety his first priority. He is always realistic and positive; and he reminds me of the importance of balance and the goals I've set for myself. While my body was transforming, the people around wanted to know what my magic formula was. I shared with them my secret: Ryan Bloor at Right Body Fitness. Because of what Ryan did for me, two of my girlfriends signed up to do group training with him; and, my boyfriend and my best friend are now two of his online clients. It has been amazing to have the people around me join me in a healthier, stronger and happier lifestyle. We all now share language (macros, mobility, supersets, etc.) and can support each other. What's great about Ryan is that he can take so many different people (with so many different bodies) and transform them into healthier, stronger and happier versions of themselves! Today, almost two years after I started with Ryan, I sit at 133 pounds. I have a defined back and my arms are muscular. I am confident in a swimming suit and I enjoy wearing clothes. Of course, my body isn't perfect. But Ryan also helps me to appreciate and celebrate the changes and progress I've made (and sustained). I am an online Right Body Fitness client and I highly recommend for anyone looking for accountability who does not want to put in the effort required to plan your own workouts and progressions. Ryan is helpful, realistic, non-judgmental, knowledgable and he listens to your goals and preferences when designing your plans. He will focus as much or as little on nutrition/aerobic/lifting as you want. He responds quickly to all questions. All workouts include videos of each exercise and he welcomes your feedback and self videos to make sure you are following proper form etc. I am seeing positive gains and find that I am 100% more likely to follow a workout plan when I have someone checking in with me weekly.
