“Optical dept I had never deal with sams club before. I wanted a pair of high end sunglasses, high end lens. So i started googling, did research, i pretty much knew what i wanted So i started pricing. Didnt have sams membership but knew that i could snag it on sale for$25 instead of regular $50 if i decided to use sams Some of the optical shops around milwaukee had unbelievable terrible ratings. When i checked reviews on google. Called walmart optical Waukesha and talked to one of the clerks Clerk was very knowledgeable. To the point it surprised me Have sams closer to me in franklin, but common sense prevailed, go where the knowledge is. 2 clerks working on sat afternoon. So worked thru what i was looking for. First of all the premium len i was looking for is top of the line, but it turned out another premium len has better field of vision, has only been out 3 mos The clerk knew actually which would be the right frame for me showed me my options, but first frame was the one that fit and looked better , she knew. Covered all bases. Walked out of there feeling, i did the right thing, coming to waukesha optical My last glasses were from wis vision, as i did my research, and talked to clerks, costco included, i found out what a mistake i made last year, going wis vision for glasses A big mistake Thanks you Waukesha optical Lots of great knowledge abounds there. A plus, was it took my insurance plan at sams”

One of my favorite stores to shop for groceries. A little pricey but so are most grocery stores in general.”

“I've frequented this location often for prescriptions and other over the counter medications or the occasional snack. In the past we have utilized their photo center for passport pictures or to print pictures, cards and even calendars. Walgreens are well organized, clean and usually staffed well. The pharmacist and pharmacy is knowledgeable, friendly and usually pretty prompt service. This location is not a 24 hour location but the one on Sunset Drive is. The photo center is just average. The quality of prints is where it falls short. Whether the cropping they do is mis-centered or the color reproduction is off (usually the quality of the printer) I have found other places either online or CVS to do a better job. To their defense, if I complain they will re-do the picture at no charge. We have used their photo online service and that is nice. You can upload your pictures and select what type of photo services you want , place and pay the order or pay at store. I have used them twice for passport pictures and very fast. 15 minutes average to take the pictures and develop.”

“I LOVE Betty and Lynn. My only issues are when they are not there and a substitute pharmacist is filling in. pick n Save's pharmacist pool has some real doozies in it, who can be rude and/or don't seem to know how to do their job.Having personally worked in pharmacy for many years I get upset with poor customer service and/or when the state pharmacy laws aren't followed. I am not naive, I have tried many of the local pharmacies, and for me ~ right now this one is the best.”

“Let's just say 2 years ago before Covid, I wouldn't have recommended my worst enemy to walk into this store.They really have done a wonderful staff upgrade!! So far, check outs are friendly. Checking in is pleasant. It's still hard to find help with items though. That would be my only negative these days.”

“I would usually never go out of my way to write a review about a new pharmacy, however Moreland Plaza Pharmacy was such a pleasant experience that I felt I had to share my experience with the public. They far exceeded any expectation of mine and they deserve some recognition for it. The pharmacists were so welcoming and polite that it made my dreaded monthly pharmacy stop turn into an incredibly warm and pleasant visit that I definitely won't be dreading next month. I have absolutely no doubt that if there was any issue with my prescriptions they would immediately do whatever they could to solve the issue. If you're thinking about changing pharmacies, I would highly recommend going here!! My primary care doctor recommended them because of all the issues in the past with big name pharmacies, and now I have know problem driving an extra 5 minutes to get the customer care that I received from the pharmacists at Moreland Plaza!!”
